Do not use this company unless you are happy to wait for 14 days for your order…
Not sure why there is no option for no stars as this is what this company deserve. Do not believe the information that is shown on their website as it is inaccurate. Tyres are shipped from Germany and will never arrive in 1-3 days as stated on their website. The general time period is 14days. If you call no one will answer the phone as it is automated with AI. If you chat no human will reply to you for at least 30 minutes and you really need to push hard. Even when they answer they are next to useless. Best to avoid companies like this.

Just CANNOT understand the negative reviews...
We ordered a set of 4 Uniroyal Tyres from 123 Tyres on 14/6/26. All 4 tyres were delivered on 18/6/26 i.e. 4 days after payment. I was genuinely worried after reading all the negative reviews but had no choice as these specific tyres were only available on the 123 Tyres/ My tyres websites. If I had a complaint, it is that they do not have a live customer service phone number to contact should you need help but we didn't need it. All in all, 5 out of 5 stars. I hope others share their positive experiences to counter all the negativity on here.

Only 3 arrived out of 4
Tyres been in transit for over 2 weeks and at the end courier dumped it in the randomly not at delivery address. Also Ordered 4 arrived 3. No one answering the phone, no one replies to emails. Strongly avoid, Company full of lies.

Utter disgrace
Utter disgrace I will taking this to Trading Standards. This company needs to be exposed through social media of their simply unacceptable operating practices and blatant lies. Communication is next to nil. Delivery time stated is a lie. Should not be allowed to operate in this manner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
