Absolutely terrible deposit to activate my account to take the customer letting them know that I use the copy paste link and transferred the money for my Bitcoin to them only to find out that they wanted more and more money after sending the 150 the x for another 150 then after sending the other 150 to ask for extra $50 to make it $350 then after sending them the extra 50 they mysteriously came up with another surcharge or verification charge of $85 and when after sending that now they're asking me to send them an extra $105 just to verify and to send me my money I'm already out almost $500 and they haven't even sent me anything but fake screenshots that doesn't show everything with the wrong time on it I was always promised that after I sent the first set of money literally they string you along promising you that as soon as you send the money it'll be in your account in seconds but as soon as I send the money they come up with another excuse for me to send some more money absolutely terrible app / website

We want to firmly clarify that our platform is a decentralized, non-custodial wallet. We will never ask you for "activation deposits," "surcharges," or "verification fees" to access or receive your own money. The pattern described, repeated requests for additional payments, misleading screenshots, and promises that funds will be released after one more fee, is consistent with a common advance-fee scam, sometimes referred to as a “watch-only wallet scam.” These schemes are carried out by unaffiliated third parties who may impersonate legitimate services or misuse publicly available wallet information to create the appearance that funds are available. No legitimate 1inch representative will require activation, verification, or release payments to access funds. We strongly urge you to immediately cease all communication with the person demanding these funds. Because we do not have access to or control over external transactions, we cannot reverse the payments you have made. However, we highly recommend reaching out immediately to the platform you used to send the money. Whether that is a payment processor like PayPal or Cash App, your bank, or otherwise. Please report these transactions to them as fraudulent, as they may have mechanisms in place to investigate the charges or assist you further. While there is unfortunately not much more our support team can do to intervene or recover funds sent to a third party, we want to firmly clarify that our only official support email is support@1inch.com. Please be extremely cautious of anyone else claiming to represent us. Please remember: Our official support team will never ask you to send money, nor will we ever ask for your secret recovery phrase.

On January 28, 2026, I initiated a token withdrawal (TXID: 7459c8f8-82b6-4e3b-bb30-90d52db171f4). The status has been showing “Pending” ever since. It has now been over 30 days, and the funds have still not been received. Customer support keeps responding with the same generic message: “Your request has been escalated to the relevant team.” I received this message on January 29 and again on February 9 — but there has been no actual resolution, no transaction hash on Ethereum provided, and no clear explanation for the delay. If this were a blockchain transaction, it would either confirm or fail within minutes. The absence of an on-chain transaction hash suggests the transaction has not even been broadcast to the Ethereum network. Delays happen — I understand that. But holding funds for months under “manual review” without transparency or a concrete timeline is not acceptable for a crypto-related financial service. I expect: Immediate clarification A valid blockchain TX hash Or a refund of my funds Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this service to anyone handling serious capital. Very disappointing experience.

Lost access to 5000 USDT due to iOS app bug – ignored for 4 days

I’ve completely lost trust in the 1inch iOS wallet after what just happened to me. For 4 days, I’ve been contacting their chat support about a critical wallet bug that froze the app every time I tried to open “View Secret Files” or “Backup Wallet.” Because of this, I was never able to view or export my 12-word seed phrase, meaning I couldn’t protect or restore my funds. I sent video evidence multiple times, clearly showing the bug, but support only replied with copy-paste answers like “Please reinstall the app.” When I explained that reinstalling would permanently delete my wallet access, they ignored it. Finally, after expressing my frustration, I was logged out of the app — and now my 5000 USDT are stuck in a wallet I can’t open. Even restoring through iCloud backup on another iPhone gives the same freeze. This is not user error — it’s a serious app-level failure that 1inch refuses to take responsibility for. After 4 days of no real help, I can only warn others: Do NOT store your money in the 1inch wallet until this bug is acknowledged and fixed. It’s unsafe, and the support team shows no urgency when users lose access to their funds.
