32Red Scam An update on the below: it has now been 127 days since my account was blocked, and there has still been no resolution. Absolutely disgusting service. An update since my last review, when I had been blocked for 55 days: they asked me to resubmit my payslips and provide up-to-date payslips, as they had taken so long to process the original submission, the pay slips I originally sent over were out of date. Since then, I have had no updates whatsoever since the start of July. This is completely unacceptable. 127 days without access to my account or any resolution is an absolute disgrace. ——————————————————— I don’t even know where to start—this company is absolutely awful, and my experience with them has been horrendous. On 22nd April, I decided to create an account and deposited £100. I’ve never really had much luck with gambling until that night, when I turned £100 into £4,000. I withdrew £3,500, which successfully reached my bank account. However, I left £500 in my account to continue playing. While I was mid-way through a Blackjack hand, I received a notification saying my account had been frozen due to requiring additional verification. At first, I was fine with this. I reached out to the customer support team via live chat, but they were useless. They kept telling me that I would receive an email when further verification was needed. At this point, both deposits and withdrawals were blocked—and they still are. I continued contacting live chat support, but they kept repeating the same response: to wait for the email. After 15 days, I finally received an email requesting the following documents: Photo ID Proof of address Three months of payslips Three months of bank statements I submitted all of these documents and waited to hear back. A week later, I spoke to someone again who apologised for the delay and said my case had been moved to the top of the priority list. However, it has now been another three weeks, and my documents are still “being verified.” It is unbelievable that it takes this long to verify documents. My account has now been blocked for 36 days with no progress, and honestly, it feels like they are not going to resolve it. Please stay away from this company. As soon as you start winning, they freeze your account and take months to complete verification—even though I had already done verification before my account was set up. I would give them 0 stars if that were an option

Shame 1 Stars the lowest rating really as this Casino 32red really are a con of a company. The amount of money they will just take take take is honestly ridiculous. Most of us understand bad luck and gambling in general but its clear to see across other casinos you feel a fair balance. With 32red its absolutely non at all, loss after loss after loss after loss. Massively unfair on players really and ill be looking to close my account soon because its been nothing but a joke. Massively down yet youre blind lucky to hit bonuses at all on slots, it will literally wipe you dry quickly. Games play themselves out of bonuses etc when you have a loss in net deposit u at least expect some form of fairness. Play many, many a casino but these Jokers honestly want shutting down in reality. Whoever has rated this 3 stars im gathering are bots for 32red themselves. Jokers absolute jokers
