Doppelzahlung nur teilweise rückerstattet
Aufgrund eines Fehlers in der Buchhaltung wurde eine Behandlungsgebühr zweimal gezahlt. Die Praxis weigerte sich in der Folge, die für die Rückerstattung anfallenden Überweisungsgebühren zu übernehmen, dies selbst nach einer Beschwerde bei der Berliner Ärztekammer. Rechtlich gesehen ist das m.E. Betrug. Wenn der Betrag höher wäre, würde ich das aus Prinzip einklagen. Aber nicht für 25 Euros... Die Behandlung war ok, das Management nicht. Besser vermeiden!

I am very disappointed on the service…
I am very disappointed on the service of 360 medicare for my UK visa extension.They didn’t ask me even the expiry date of visa and submitted my visa application lately after expiry date.There were so many mistakes in the details that they entered also.I don’t think their staffs are experienced and knowledgeable.They did ask me to pay their fee before completing entire application.I had lots of trouble after .They didn’t give my money back also after all stress I faced.I won’t suggest this agency to others those who want visa helps.My best friend also faced some trouble with this agency when I shared my problem to her.
