I love the product when it works
I love the product when it works. But unfortunately it doesnt work on all the software that i use. I contacted technical support but after emailing back and forth 100 times i felt like they gave up. So here i am with a product that i cannot use.

Entire company is a complete lie
I like many others purchased the cad mouse and 3d mouse based on a lot of youtube reviews which all say how amazing and revolutionary it is. I have had absolutely nothing but issues since the day I bought it. The 3d mouse used to be so sensitive that i was unusable, i adjusted all the setting which took a long time, then no actual change during use, then the settings all reset of their own accord. Next the CAD mouse wheel button which normally triggers pan and zoom fxns will regularly stop working, by regularly i mean anywhere from every 2 weeks to couple months. Their Customer support is the single worse I have ever experience and mirrors what many other's here have said, basically no responses and cases closed with no resolution - pathetic, never ever buy another product from them.

As a SolidWorks designer, I honestly cannot imagine what my workflow would be like without the incredible products from 3Dconnexion. Their devices have made such a huge difference in my daily work, improving both my productivity and overall experience in ways that are hard to describe. Recently, I had the opportunity to contact their support team, and I must say the experience was absolutely outstanding. They were professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It was one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had, and I will never forget it. Ich hatte ein Problem, mir wurde innerhalb von 7min geantwortet und das Problem war nach einem kurzen Telefonat mit anschließender Remotesteuerung innerhalb von 45min seit Erstaufnahme per Mail gelöst. Das habe ich so schnell und positiv bisher noch nirgends erlebt. Vielen Dank dafür.

It is not about the product, but the service. There is no way you can contact them, so if anything is wrong with you shipment, good luck. All e-mails are no-reply and on their website, there is no contact data. The package is not delivered by UPS. I have to pick it up, claiming nobody was home, what is absolutely not true. If they are concerned about customer satisfaction, they should also use another shipper, at least one with a score higher than 1.1. I'm even hesitating to send it back, just because of this arrogant attitude. What if it's broken within guarantee period?
