Trying to cancel this subscription…
Trying to cancel this subscription before it auto renews in a month from now, well within their policy. The website keeps returning an error when I attempt to cancel. I've used their online form to report the issue and the automated responses keep sending me back to the form to cancel and the errors persist. There is no number for support, how do I keep this from renewing? Terrible way to support customers.

They are constantly doing updates on a 3-D maker. They take me two days to load their updates. This system is down more than it’s up. It sucks ass really bad if you can find a different 3-D model I recommend it their system even refused to run on Windows 10 unless you updated to Windows 11, the people and design of this are real idiots. While in the middle of a two day update, it logged me off their system, which stopped doing the update and I had to start all over again.

I don't even know where to start…
I don't even know where to start listing everything that went wrong when trying to use this companies products, so I'm not going to bother - and I don't need to, because the simple truth of it is this: EVERYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG DID GO WRONG. Its awful in every possible way. And I don't mean the user interface or anything subjective like that. I mean it doesn't work. Their software doesn't work, their website doesn't work, its confusing and you can't do anything. Please, please, go with almost anyone else, let this company die, it truly deserves it.

No support. No access to purchases
I got e-mails telling me my subscription was about to expire. No problem. I'm on auto renewal. I had been for two years. My subscription lapsed. I renewed. It was the wrong program. I cancelled. I tried to get the correct program. I couldn't. I'm out $48 bucks unless I count it as lesson learned. Too bad, despite the constant logging in and the occasional crash I like the program. No telephone support. Online support is a joke. No refund? I will never use or advise anyone to use it again.

Another company stealing your money
Beware, just another Internet company quietly stealing your money. Was subscribed for a year, but the "experience" was abysmal, I have never seen more confusing "dashboard" and everything related, impossible to find anything. Barely used it and decided not to renew. But, of course, they were faster and with still a few days on the clock, they sneakily charged my card. Obviously, no way to even contact anyone about it - the refund section basically says - haha! we got your money and there is nothing you can do about it! Avoid!
