It’s a scam
It’s a scam, private company keep 70% of every fine to pay wages instead it going to the council or the environment. They harass you around areas where there are no bins so they can fine more people. They are unresponsive and no matter what do you, pick up the litter, make and appeal etc, they fine you anyway. Even subhuman scum company, pure profit driven, and no better than common thieves

Lying people we put our fag butts in bin because there was fag butts around the bin we got £300 fine these people need to have a law put on them for the way they act there must be away to fight this in justice on this

Fined for putting a banana skin on the ground
Fined for putting a banana skin on the floor which I then picked back up and disposed of ‘correctly’. Next we’ll be fining birds for dropping blackberries they’ve picked. Pressured into giving my details with real legal action after first refusing to give them over straight away. Stupidly gave in after 20 minutes of trying to get them to leave. £350 for a single banana skin that biodegrades in a week. Waltham Forest council should be ashamed for getting these scammers with an official badge in. Have reported to council and will getting into contact with the local mp. I work in the area often and put a lot back into that area. Won’t be getting a penny from me after this is settled. Please do try your best to stand your ground when these jobsworths follow you around a car park trying to get your personal info.

Greedy Bullies and Liars.
Bullies on commission who discreetly and disturbingly follow you at a distance and loiter nearby, and then are very aggressive in their actions. They make false accusations and then, further, falsely claim they have the power to detain you to extract your details. All under harassing and misleading circumstances. Five Star Scumbags.
