Been with 4xsolutions for over 3 Years!
I have been with 4xsolutions for over 3 years now and run many accounts on their copier system. They have ALWAYS got back to any support requests and have ALWAYS resolved any issues if there were any. The copier works exactly like it should, and usually if there are any issues it is not 4xsolutions but the brokers themselves that caused the issue. This is the only trade copier I would recommend. The main thing is that the support is always there and are very very helpful. If you have that, then that should tell you everything about the company. 5* support and 5* product!

Ich werde die Rezension anpassen wenn alles erfüllt ist. Ich habe vor 3 Wochen ein Whitelabel bestellt, die Kommunikation bist zur Auftragsbearbeitung war hervorragend. Nachdem der Auftrag bezahlt wurde ging die Odyssee los. Auf Anfragen wird nicht mehr geantwortet ebenso nicht auf EMails. Man sagte mir innerhalb einer Woche könne ich es nutzen, heute nach 3 Wochen habe ich immer noch nichts. Bin einfach nur enttäuscht. Update: Keine Reaktionen auf meine Mails, geschweige denn auf meine Forderung der Rückzahlung, habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet um mein Geld zurückzubekommen! Einfach nur kriminell der Verein.

Great Service (Although Need Improvement), Great Customer Service
TL;DR Great service and yet affordable, great customer service. But the replicator hub (portal site) and the overall experience need to be improved. I migrated from Social Trader Tools after their plans don't suit me really well and their customer service is the worst. The first thing I noticed with 4xsolutions is the way they handle my inquiries. They don't just answer, but they try to give solutions to the questions. The customer service officer on the chat is also quick and accurate in answering questions. The service itself is great; so far no lag and everything is handled well. But mind you, I don't trade on low time frame (1H below) so I don't know how fast trade is being replicated there. But, the replicator hub (the portal site on which you can adjust things) is rather slow. There is always a delay between you click something until it responds. Also I have told them as well, but it would be great if they have a notification system that tells you when a trade is triggered and closed. So far it's a great decision to migrate from Social Trader Tools.
