Estafa y pésima experiencia
Estafa y pésima experiencia. Contraté este tour a través de una agencia de viajes y pagué el 100% del valor para mi amiga y para mí con tarjeta, varias horas antes del vuelo. Al llegar, una empleada me pidió que le mostrara la tarjeta física. Le expliqué que solo tenía la versión digital, pero el pago figuraba correctamente en el sistema. Aun así, me dijeron que iban a cancelar la compra y que buscara otro medio de pago. Lo más grave es que nunca cancelaron el pago original con tarjeta y, además, me cobraron nuevamente en el lugar, quedándose con ambos importes. Considero esta situación totalmente irregular y poco transparente. Además, no permiten sacar fotos en la pista, lo cual es muy decepcionante, ya que ese momento es tan especial como el propio vuelo en helicóptero. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Muy mala organización y trato poco profesional.

Epic 5 Star Heli Ride
Hands down one of the best experiences ever. We did the 5 Star Helicopter Tour on December 26 and the views were absolutely insane 😍 It rained during the flight and there was a bit of turbulence, but the ride felt safe and well handled the entire time. The experience exceeded all expectations with luxury, professionalism, and breathtaking views. Our pilot, Sam, was amazing and made the ride even more enjoyable by sharing fun trivia along the way. Even the driver who picked us up and the receptionists were incredibly friendly and professional. Would 100% do it again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas.

A great experience from start to finish.. thank you to our driver Joey who was very friendly, informative and made our experience even better. The helicopter ride across vegas at night was thrilling ..all staff were professional and we had the chance to purchase a wonderful photo as a momento....would highly recommend.

Life long memories
Life long memories. One of the best experiences ever. Great organisation and communication from the start. Coach bang on time, and took off in the heli on time too. Our pilot Mike (mad-dog) was honestly incredible. So knowledgeable, funny, and just a complete all round legend. Music, commentary throughout the experience was just amazing. He even gave us a (mad dog) mini extended tour cus “the vibes were good”. Above and beyond to make it special for us, hero. If you come to vegas you have to do this tour via chopper. 6 stars!

Would give zero stars. Where made aware of a restriction that had not been disclosed at an earlier time, no refunds. Said they would see if they could do something. Said for and hour and a half before finally leaving.
