Still didn’t receive my withdrawal, looks like a typical scammers
One day ago I left a small feedback on that casino here. I will say more, even today in the morning one of theirs managers left a comment under my feedback, where he wrote that I could contact them on email…. The most interesting thing, that I wrote them 4 days ago twice, and still didn’t receive any reply… From my part, everyone who will read that, I don’t recommend that scam casino. As I wrote Yestarday, I found it here, made a small deposit 400$, and won a first bet, on top event (CS2 major). It was 4 days ago. After winning my first bet, I just tried to withdrawal. Because I want to know timeframes, all will be okay with my money. So nothing strange as for me. But by unknown reason, my transaction is still in “Hold” status during all that time. I am writing to theirs support every hour. Day after my request of withdrawal, I receive an email, that I need to verify my account. Please notice everyone. Account verification after 1 bet, bet on top event. So if you want to bet for example on World Cup, you must be ready, that if you win, you will not see your money, at least 5 days! Okay, for me verification is not something new, I sent them documents, firstly on email, as I said earlier - still no reply. Than they offer me to send documents in Live chat, also something new… but okay, as fast as better. I sent them requested documents, after 48 hours review, when I contacted them again in Live chat, they asked me to send them photo of utility bill. 12 hours later, when I contacted them again, they asked me to record video, with all my documents, my account on theirs platform and current day. So just imagine, after winning just of 1 bet, you must made so steps to receive your money. Have you ever seen something like that?? Me - no!) So today is the 5th day of review of my documents, every time theirs support is writing that soon you will receive your withdrawal, sometimes they could write within 2 hours, within 12 hours. But after each 2, and again 2 hours, they will say the same. “We are so sorry, soon will be completed “ As for me, a simply scammers, so be careful with them! And as a result, I was scammed. Without any explanation my winning was deducted and withdraw was cancelled. Just a scammers!! If someone know, who gave them license, please inform them. I think, I am not the first who was scammed there! If you need proof, you could contact me, because unfortunately here is not possible to leave screens!

Worst experience.. fake promises..live support is incapable to do the solutions.. they give me mail for giving feedback and get freebet of 2k and i did the same and got message in my id of freebet credit but in actual not credit..i chat with live support and they close chat without informing..such a pathetic service and website. Dont deposit and play.
