It is a waste of money. ChatGPT gives you more for less money. Abacus will trick you into thinking it offers advanced "agents", once you put them to the test they will drain your wallet as they spend excruciating amounts of credits, only to splurt out sub-par results with often blatant errors, e.g. I used it to design a mobile app, which it decided to built a web-based version first, since this "could be ported 1:1 to mobile easily". Which, of course, it could not, so I spent even more credits to get the mobile version to work. While porting the web-version to the mobile version, it completely broke the game mechanics and lied to me about that. The original gameplay relied on falling tiles (as in Tetris for example). The mobile version just had static tiles spawn randomly. When asked to cite the original game mechanics, abacus blatantly lied about it, stating "tiles fall OR APPEAR" - the "appear"-part was completely pulled out of thin air. So it is just a bunch of a little bit of everything that isn't particularly good at anything.

Just a horrible waste of time and money. Supercomputer no super flop is more like it. Routellm ok unless your question gets answered by GPT5-Mini. That was the last straw. Every answer wrong and all i get is patronizing appoligies. WOMBAT in every way. Stay away...

pricing is terrible. basically, you will debug and debug, and pay to correct the mistakes made by the AI. even when you ask AI a question, "like will i be charged for this?", you get charged for the question without the task being done. the monthly allowance with the subscription is terrible. you will easily use it up and have to top up for debugging. only way is not to have apps at all. just use like generic AI assistant. (Update): previously, if i embark on coding that requires too much compute power, it will warn me and let me decide whether to top up. now it just proceed, stops halfway and then i have to top up. awful. the worst part is, the upgrade did not work, and i tried again (so as not waste my work. i had to debug and debug to no avail. left with non-working but visible functions and not going to top-up further). use at your own risk

One star is already too generous. I submitted my first formal cancellation and refund request on July 29, 2026, shortly after the subscription charges were made. I then sent multiple follow-up emails, including formal notices to both support mail adres and email address of the legal team. The total refund requested is TRY 989.91. Abacus.AI's only response was a short message confirming that the subscription had already been cancelled. They completely ignored the actual refund request. Cancellation is not the same as a refund. I repeatedly asked them to confirm whether the refund had been approved, initiated or refused. I also requested the refund amount, processing date, transaction reference and the legal or contractual basis for any refusal. They answered none of these questions. Since then, Abacus.AI has simply stopped responding, despite receiving several clear and documented emails. This is completely unacceptable customer service, especially when handling a billing dispute and a formal withdrawal request. A company that accepts payments instantly should also be capable of answering refund requests properly instead of ignoring customers once the money has been collected. My experience with Abacus.AI has been extremely disappointing: - Poor service quality - An ignored refund request - No transparent billing support - No meaningful response from support or legal - Repeated emails left unanswered I strongly advise potential customers to think very carefully before subscribing. Based on my experience, getting a proper answer after payment appears far more difficult than signing up and being charged. I will update this review only if Abacus.AI finally provides a substantive response and processes the refund.

False advertising saying you get 20k credits per month but the discounted price only gets you 14k. It clearly states that the basic plan is 20k, they choose to give you a discount, then reduce credits so not really a discount then is it. You burn credits way faster than other llms. You get a 3 chat limit when operating from the same computer? WHAAAT? Cancelled already.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
