it might be great if the audio actually…
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience using Harmony. Every single time I try to start a session, I end up spending my time trying to get the audio to work instead. My Mac’s audio is working perfectly—I can see the input signal—but Harmony repeatedly tells me I need to reconnect my microphone. I’ve even changed the settings to automatic detection, and it still doesn’t work. I’ve also tried multiple browsers—Safari, Chrome, and Firefox—and the exact same problem occurs in all of them. I haven’t been able to complete a single full session because of these technical issues. Instead of helping me regulate, the app leaves me feeling stressed, angry, and exhausted. By the time I’ve spent 20–30 minutes troubleshooting, I’m no longer in the right frame of mind to use it. To make matters worse, I can’t even download the mobile app in Spain, so I’m forced to use it on my Mac, where these problems keep happening. At this point, I’ve wasted a significant amount of time, energy, and money trying to make the app work rather than actually using it. If my credits have been used up while I’ve been battling these audio issues, I expect them to be restored. Given that I haven’t been been able to use the service as intended, I would also like to request a refund. I would appreciate a prompt response with either a genuine solution or confirmation that my refund is being processed. If there is another troubleshooting step I should try, it needs to be something beyond the standard browser and microphone checks, as I’ve already worked through those.

Excellent programme but not for everybody
ADHD Harmony offers an excellent five day challenge that is currently free. It provides a huge amount of information and gives you access to its AI which, based on your own answers, gives you a lot of insight into yourself. The challenge also acts as a sales tool for what is called the 6-week cohort. Expensive, but again very good. Excellent live sessions and some bonus sessions as well. The AI deserves special mention in terms of the learning and insights it offers, and how much access you have to it during the 6 weeks. However, I have to add a ‘health’ warning. From my own experience, I think the programme is ideally suited to ADHDers who fall into the hyperactive category. It’s built on challenges and a leaderboard style competItion, which works well for people who respond well to those types of incentives. For those who fall into the inattentive category, like myself, not so much. It can create anxiety and pressure, and an eventual freeze, which is what happened to me. And two months, still stuck. ADHD Harmony is still in its early stages, and based on what I learned about Jim while I did the programme, I have no doubt it is an issue that will be addressed as he continues to develop it. But for now, I would be disinclined to recommend it to quiet-type ADHDers.

My experience with ADHD Harmony was exceptional!
My experience with ADHD Harmony was outstanding. As a PMHNP with ADHD, I care for patients with ADHD daily. Never have l had an experience like this. The daily videos, meditation, and mini homework assignments were perfectly fitted for the specific lessons learned daily. The AI question portion of the 5 day challenge revealed thoughts and feelings to me that have forever changed my life for the better. I have already recommended this course to Family members with ADHD. I wish that everyone with ADHD were able to engage in this type of transformative experience.

The ADHD Harmony program was honestly a…
The ADHD Harmony program was honestly a turning point in my life. For someone that is busy with work and family and other responsibilities, it's easy to forget that you also have to do stuff for yourself. And this initial 5 day course helped me see that. It blends AI with a helpful video by Jim everyday to outline core concepts that really helped me understand why I function the way I do. The very first day I took the initial 5 question assessment, I was already feeling emotional and close to tears. It just showed me so clearly where I was missing out on experiencing life, what I could be having instead. With what I've learned from these 5 days, I will be using to make lasting change I believe, and I've already recommended and talked about it with my friends and family.

If you think you may have ADHD...
The 5 day Challenge is currently a free course which I was very sceptical about, but "It's free so what have I got to lose?" The outcome is absolutely amazing! It IS a Challenge in that it forces you to think deeply about what you feel is wrong in your life and then explains why this happening if you have ADHD. It made me weep on more than one occasion, but has ultimately led me to feel happier and more open than I have for many years
