Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

cannot recommend adjoe based on my experience. I've completed multiple game offers exactly as required, only to have rewards denied because they claim they "did not receive the necessary tracking information." Every support ticket has resulted in the same generic copy-and-paste response, regardless of the evidence provided, and requests for escalation or manual review have been refused. As a user, I have no control over whether adjoe's tracking system communicates correctly with a game. If the tracking fails due to issues between adjoe and the game developer, customers who completed the advertised requirements should not be the ones bearing the loss. The most disappointing part is the lack of meaningful customer support. Rather than investigating individual cases, I repeatedly received template replies stating the decision was final, with no explanation of what actually happened and no opportunity for an independent review. If you're considering spending significant time completing game offers, be aware that if tracking fails, you may have no practical way to recover the rewards you earned, even if you can demonstrate that you completed the requirements. This review reflects my personal experience after multiple denied reward claims and repeated unsuccessful attempts to resolve them through customer support.

Adjoe is using automated bots to falsely ban users who actually put time and effort into their offers. I reached level 2143 in a game, strictly within the time limit (3 days remaining). Instead of rewarding me for my massive time investment, they flagged my account and blocked me. Your automated support sent a generic template instead of checking my real playtime logs. This is fraud and theft of my time. Review my case manually and fix this! Thank you so much for stealing my hard-earned money – €42.02 and €31.56, which is €73.58 in total. Rubbish, customer service is no existent, they are rude and unwilling to help. I sent proof that id done everything my end, they blame a technical glitch, say its nothing to do with them and accept no liability, no apology no attempt at a resolution, nothing. Avoid avoid avoid, companies with poor customer service are a big no from me, you get no where without your customers so try treating them with some respect.
