I rented a car from Advantage on the…
I rented a car from Advantage on the advice of a Body Shop..When returning they said there was a scratch on the Right Front Bumper..I have no recall of any incidents that they blamed on me..I feel I got scammed by this Company..When I initially rented the car they sent 12 reports of previous damage to the car, which raised my suscpions that some thing was off about a 2026 Rental.. Personally I would never rent from them in the future.. JMHO..Could I got dinging in a Parking Lot, I will never know for certain, but do your due diligence..

I rented through Expedia in Bucharest
I rented through Expedia in Bucharest, Romania and I was asked to pay extra insurance at the rate of € 135.00 plus tax per day. I said I’ll leave a deposit and have coverage through MCWorld Elite and they refused to honour the reservation. I was told to go somewhere else. Unreal!!

I think one star is to much
I think one star is to much, I wish they a lower one. I rented a car from Advantage threw Expedia. Rented it a Ft. Lauderdale airport its off the airport.Rented it on March 20 and returned it on March 28 I was told I had to leave a 250 dollar deposit and was told i had to wait 30 business day to get my deposit back, well I got it back On May 16 that made 36 day and had to get my credit company involved and that was the only way i got my money back

Do not waste your money!
If i could leave a review without a star i would. Horrible customer service, no one returns your calls and they treat you like your the criminal when filing a claim. Stupid questions and they take months of you having to call and call to get an answer. Paid full coverage for 3yrs just for them to deny the claim after they let go of the adjuster. Extremely unprofessional company.

Actually even 1 star, I don’t want to give anything. I reserved Dec 28 2025, and confirmation was received. And just yesterday, I received email for cancellation. I called to company for cancellation. I paid by credit card and papers. You know what the reason cancellation? I reserved too cheap price. Of course! I reserved Dec 28 2025 for Sep 15 2026. And now they cancelled my schedule. OMG!!! Can you believe that kind of company? This company looks like some people!! You know what person indicate!!! Never never use this company. I remember advantage rent car in Vancover. Someday!!
