Pouca qualidade, não vale o preço
Forno comprado há 6 meses e com pouquissima utilização já com ferrugem no seu interior, principalmente alguns parafusos, entretanto a garantia não cobre. Julgo que a marca, principalmente com os valores cobrados, deveria apostar mais na qualidade, pois estamos a falar de comida, sendo um forno ventilado não me parece que a ferrugem a ir para os alimentos seja muito bom. A marca tem de garantir que isso não acontece.

Uma desilusão comprar AEG.
Comprei um exaustor, informei que era para uma casa em construção. A caixa estava intacta, sem qualquer marca, por isso confiei (erradamente) na marca e só abri a caixa quando a cozinha ficou pronta. O exaustor está amassado, claramente já foi embalado assim, e a AEG nem quer saber. É muito fácil vender mas responsabilizarem-se já não é com eles. O exaustor é dos mais caros que têm (DCK5281HG) e ainda por cima é de péssima qualidade, as patilhas nem sequer aguentam com o peso do artigo. Não aconselho, simplesmente fraco, muito fraco.

Subpar Performance, Disastrous Support, NEVER BUY FROM AEG AGAIN
I purchased the AEG L7WBG841 washing machine for 700 euros, expecting a reliable appliance. Unfortunately, after just 15 months, the machine broke down. What's more disappointing is the abysmal support, both from Worten and AEG. Upon contacting support, the initial two weeks were filled with false assurances and unfulfilled promises. However, now they've completely stopped responding. This is particularly frustrating as the machine is well within its warranty period. For a 700 euro machine, I never anticipated such poor service. It's incredibly disheartening to experience this level of neglect from a brand that should stand by its products. I strongly advise against purchasing from AEG. When a company prices its products higher than average (LG, BEKO, etc.), it should match that with reliable service. Unfortunately, AEG fails to deliver on this front. I'm deeply dissatisfied with both the product quality and the lack of support. My experience has left me reconsidering any future purchases from AEG. UPD: After a very long wait, I finally managed to chat with AEG support. What I discovered is that they don't have dedicated technicians to handle repairs; they outsource these services (at least here in Portugal). This also means that AEG lacks control over the technicians and doesn't even arrange their visits – all of that responsibility falls on the customer (calling the technician, scheduling the appointment, and potentially even fixing the broken item).

poor costumer service, non existing product support
I had purchased impact drive/drill combo set from Bauhaus. In the manual there is few highlighted lines: 3 YEARS WARRANTY! All you need to do is to register your tools. Well, on the website there is indeed a drop down list but the purchased product can not be found in it, hence can not be registered. I had sent a query to the costumer service about how to register my tools, but they did not bother to reply. In short: do not fall for the 3 years warranty and do not trust their product and costumer support. There are many other brands on the market, I would not buy anything from a company that treats the costumers like that. Daniel.
