I’ve purchased an item on 14/7/2026. The order was processed after few days and sent to me. After that time all the problems emerged. The item sent via BRT seems got stuck on their website. No updates, no news. AgriEuro kindly contacted me informing that items was already sent and in the way and that BRT should have get in touch already.. well this never happened. It’s impossible to get in touch with them and get an update on where is my purchase and when I will get it.. if I will get it. It was needed to work but this is not going to happen. I’ve contacted once again AgriEuro who said that the delay is due to a strike.. which strike? We have no current strike in Spain for trucks drivers… I am about to call my back for a chargeback because I feel kind of scummed tbh.

Odyssey of Dissatisfaction: Defective Product and Nightmare Customer Service (Defects Found Upon Unboxing) I
I had high expectations when I purchased this €970 machine. Imagine my disappointment when, immediately upon unboxing, I discovered that the paint was cracked and peeling in multiple places. It's not a superficial scratch, but a clear defect that compromises the aesthetics and, I fear, the durability of the product. I didn't even have the chance to use it! I contacted customer service, hoping for a solution. Instead, they offered me a measly €10 voucher. I felt mocked. I insisted, and they offered €25, as if the problem were a minor inconvenience. But the missing paint isn't a scratch, it's a defect that will lead to rust! The cherry on top? They advised me to buy a can of white spray paint and paint the new machine myself. Absurd! I spent almost €1000 on a defective product and find myself having to repair it myself? I requested a refund and the machine's return, but the experience was stressful and frustrating. The customer service was uncooperative, and the product quality is poor. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. If you're looking for a reliable product and efficient customer service, look elsewhere. My experience was a nightmare, and I want other potential buyers to be aware of what awaits them.

the closer my order got to me, the more the quality and amount of shipping information decreased. well done to Serena p who was helpful and responsive. re delivery time, customers want to be informed every step of the way. don't advertise 2 day delivery - mine took 10 working days excluding weekends. maybe my expectations have been influenced by amazon prime.

Everything was fantastic
Everything was fantastic! I would like to congratulate the team at AGRIEURO for their professionalism! My order arrived in just 5 working days after placing it, so that was unbelievably fast for a delivery from Italy to the Eastern part of Romania, especially that on the day of delivery it started snowing heavily. I have to admit that I was a little nervous and anxious at first because I had made quite an important order, but in the end the Geotech PTGA 9000 generator and ATS box arrived in perfect condition! And another pleasant surprise were the 2 free bottles of engine oil, I am really happy and thankful for them. As I was mentioning before, all three of the packages arrived intact, and the generator was firmly packed on a wooden pallet. Additionally, I was very pleased with the delivery company and the courier who had a professional delivery truck with elevator and a Hand Pallet Truck, and he was kind enough to help me easily deposit the generator (which is quite heavy) in my backyard. All was perfect!
