En todo momento estuvieron respondiendo en tiempo. Durante el empaque en México el equipo que fue muy eficiente y educado, tratando mis muebles con el cuidado debido. En España, la gestión de importación fue extremadamente rápida (la clave es darles tus papeles con anticipación correcto y completos) y la entrega en Madrid sin contratiempos. Todo llegó en perfecto estado .

Ne choisissez pas ces déménageurs. Il y a eu de la casse pendant notre déménagement. Ils ont cassé un buffet en bois massif: le dessous du meuble est complètement détruit. Mais ils ne nous l'on pas dit en le remontant. Nous avons découvert cela après, en faisant du rangement. De même le jour du déchargement, ils ont endommagé notre voiture en stationnement avec le camion de livraison. Un feu arrière de cassé et le pare chocs de rayé. Mais ils ne nous ont rien dit. Nous avons découvert cela sur les vidéos de la caméra de surveillance de la voiture. Cela fait un mois, toujours pas de constat à l'amiable de signé. Je vais devoir aller porter pleinte à la police. Ils ne sont vraiment pas honnêtes!

Tres mauvaise expérience avec AGS
Tres mauvaise expérience avec AGS. L'ajustement du devis lors de l’enlèvement des cartons, pourtant prévu par ecrit, n'a jamais ete fait et AGS nous a donc facture le maximum prévu sans prendre en compte le volume reel de nos cartons. A l’arrivée, c’était le chantage: soit nous nous acquittions immédiatement de frais supplémentaires (livraison difficile....alors que notre immeuble a 3 ascenseurs et est accessible aux poids lourds!), soit nos cartons n'etaient pas livres. Chaque jour d'attente augmentait la facture (alors que le devis prevouait 8 jours au port). Mecontents, nous avons fait une reclamation et une demande de mediation. AGS a refuse tout accord amiable: sachant que nous habitions a l'etranger, ils ont compte sur le fait qu'il nous serait trop couteux de saisir les tribunaux francais.

AGS refuse to take responsibility for their negligent driving, an RTA where they rolled their truck and now refuse responsibility.
Where does one start with a review of AGS. Perhaps turning your beloved furniture into matchwood is best, AGS are very good at it! We shipped our belongings across oceans from Europe to Thailand and from there placed into storage until our new home was ready. All AGS had to do was load our belongings from the storage facility in Bangkok and drive 250km (March 2026). The truck all 15-tonnes plus, did not even make it out of Bangkok before it was involved in a road traffic accident of its own doing, (perhaps negligent driving) with no other vehicle involved and rolled the truck not once but twice. In addition, we found out from the crew that the heavier items were not packed into the truck in accordance with the industry protocol. Our lovely Italian dining table (and chairs - being the only furniture we brought with us) was placed loose and upside down on top of all our other belongings. The dining table should have been one of the first items on the truck and strapped to a sidewall. With the table floating about in the rear of the truck it was inevitable that when the trucked rolled all four legs of the table were broken. The extending leaf and side bars all damaged as well as one chair had two legs broken. The table is no lightweight and very sturdy, but AGS managed to destroy it. Our running machine had more than three areas of damage and so beyond economical repair as was the exercise bike. It is probable that these items were also not tied-in as required. As to our boxed belongings so many items smashed. Many items were of great sentimental value. I could go on and tell you of all the missing items of which there so many. Over two months on from delivery of what was remaining of our smashed belongings, we have received no communication from AGS other than the odd acknowledgement to our emails. Not one word from their MD in Bangkok, he is always away doing something, and unavailable. Too ashamed to pick up the phone, perhaps! We have had to do all the chasing (email and phone). It took us about a month to prepare a complete inventory of our damaged items and provide photos and values to replace the damaged and broken items. Even now another month on and still nothing. Promise after promise has been broken. Assess this for yourselves; do you want your furniture turned into matchwood and do you want your beloved belongings smashed beyond recognition…??? If so, you know who to use.
