I o.rdered device and clicked on wrong deal which was MY FAULT. I spoke with Trish she immediately fixed the issue and REFUNDED MY BANK ACCOUNT. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT... . There was an issue in delivery, NOT thier fault, Trish fixed that as well. Have been using device for only 1 WEEK and could not be HAPPIER....

I have attempted to speak with someone…
I have attempted to speak with someone at AirPhysio with the promise of a return call. The people taking the calls are too interested in shutting down the call before understanding the issue. Disappointed as I have been charged for shipping but an ad one day later promotes free shipping. I sincerely hope this product is not a scam - if it isn't their customer service representatives need to be more attentive on the phone. Very dissapointing.

My problem is that there are NO assembly instructions showing where the ball goes and what is the funnel for and where does it go? Making me crazy!

I bought the “buy two get one free” and…
I bought the “buy two get one free” and received them in October 2025, it is February 2026 and two of them have cracked where the top joins the arm so badly that they won’t stay connected. The sad part is that they really do work to clear my lungs. If they were durable I’d use them always, such a shame they are so cheaply made. I contacted them and after I sent the picture I never heard from them again. It’s now March and I just got an email from AirPhysio wanting the #’s on the boxes, which I had and pictures of the broken pieces, which I had. Ball is in their park, hopefully they will make good on this product. I will update if and when they do. Trish just emailed me again for my address so hopefully this is a reputable company that does stand behind their product. I will update and change my rating when I receive replacements. UPDATE:3/31/26 I just received two new AirPhysio devices, I couldn’t be happier with this outcome. Hopefully I was just sent a bad batch and these will hold up for a long time, I will certainly come back and let everyone know if these break. Thank You AirPhysio for doing the right thing, I appreciate it.

This Air Physio is natural and…
This Air Physio is natural and effective. It is a professional looking device. I wouldn't be ashamed to use it in public, except it often induces coughing. I have upper respiratory problems. I wouldn't say it is extremely powerful. The price varies so shop around.
