Support was Fantastic!
When I purchased my software, I used an email that no longer exists. While it took several conversations, they changed my software profile to my current email, making it possible for me to register it properly. Beyond that, the software has always performed as it should. I highly recommend it.

Review of Screen Recorder software
I purchased Screen Recorder and I like the application's user interface. It worked well, but initially had two issues. One would create an application folder on a drive other than where I specified in the app. The other issue was that the mouse/click highlighting feature didn't show up in the final video, which was critical to my use of the application. I wrote to them about these issues and they were able to quickly correct the extraneous folder issue, but the mouse highlight issue would need additional time. Unfortunately, I needed the mouse highlight feature in order to use the application, so I was unable to use the app in the meantime. I waited about a month and contacted them to touch based on the remaining mouse issue as I hadn't heard anything, and they immediately sent me an updated version to try. Thankfully, this version corrected the mouse highlight issue as well, so I can now utilize the software for my needs . I appreciate their timely responses to my requests and I find the software well-designed and easy to use.

Dřív jsem používal jiné programy, ale co mám tento program tak mi stačí jeden a mohu s videem dělat spoustu úprav a převádět do spousty různých formátů. Kvalita videa je vylepšená, takže je obraz výborný. Doporučuji

I'm Pleased With The App
I don't use this app often, but I'm pleased with the format change process it provides. I do wish the app to be transferrable to multiple computers once purchased by the license service. Otherwise, it does what it does.
