The BEST natural deodorant & customer service
I’ve subscribed to AKT since 2024, and there genuinely isn’t anything I don’t love about them. In the early days, the deodorant could occasionally be a little grainy, but AKT listened to its customers and completely ironed that out. I also once received a damaged tube, which they replaced immediately, alongside some genuinely lovely messages. Their customer service has always been second to none. More recently, I struggled with placing an order. I’m autistic, so I sometimes need extra help with things like this. The support I received was incredibly thorough, patient, attentive and kind. I genuinely felt listened to and understood—which isn’t often my experience when contacting customer services. The AKT team completely blew my socks off with the care and diligence they showed, as well as how quickly they responded. After moving overseas, I thought it might be easier to switch to a European brand. I tried four different natural deodorants, but every one was so disappointing that I couldn’t even finish the product. None smelled as good, kept me as dry or performed anything like AKT, so nevertheless I resubscribed to trusty AKT. Both my husband and I need a deodorant that works hard: I’m a daily gymgoer, while he works in construction. We also maintain a low-toxin household and don’t want to use conventional supermarket deodorants full of ingredients we’d rather avoid. AKT is the only natural deodorant we’ve found that can genuinely keep up with both of us. It smells incredible, works brilliantly, lasts for ages and even looks beautiful—especially with The Assistant, which helps you squeeze out every last bit. AKT is the complete package: an exceptional product backed by a truly exceptional team. I’m so grateful to their customer-service superstars for all their recent help. I won’t be straying again!

I tried the small sample kit about 6 months ago and then have been using this consistently ever since. I have always been a sweaty person and struggled even with the 96hr antiperspirant and deodorants. This has really saved me this summer especially and even on the super hot days (including climbing snowdon) had no bad smell at the end. I must admit I do use an antiperspirant roll on and then put this on top. The antiperspirant is not enough for me and I do notice if I don’t use AKT. The two together are the only thing that seems to work for me. Wish I’d had this for the last 20 years.

Okay but not groundbreaking
I've subscribed to AKT for about six months. It does work with regards to smelling good but leaves white marks on clothing such as t-shirts making them unwearable. Make the product transparent and then you won't have white marks!
