Beware: Impossible to reach customer service.
I did not directly choose to do business with Algotels; Trivago automatically directed my booking to them. I made an honest mistake during booking and accidentally selected Friday-to-Saturday instead of Saturday-to-Sunday. Trying to fix this minor 1-day change has been an absolute nightmare: No human contact: There is no one to speak to. Every time I call, I get a generic recording promising a callback that never happens. Robotic rejection: I simply received an automated email stating that changing the date is not possible. There is zero customer support or human flexibility for an honest error. Avoid booking anything associated with Algotels.

ALGOTELS are a$$holes
Still no word on my reservation, ALGOTELs is claiming they never recieved funds, my credit card statement says otherwise.. these guys are TERRIBLE do not BOOK WITH Them EVER … put the pressure on your credit card company and TRIVAGO simultaneously.. I smell a SCAM!! I’ve told TRIVAGO. Tgat these reviews are hurting their image .. if this is not resolved I’ll be shaming TRIVAGO for using ALGOTELS MERCILESSLY.. so should you.

After 8 hours travel
After 8 hours travel, arrived to be told by Crown Plaza Pearson Airport Toronto Canada, that they have no record of our reservation and would not honor our voucher. Fully booked would have to look elsewhere. Eventually after pretty much crying at the desk, they offered us 2 rooms at full price $900 and we would have to take it up with the booking partner. I booked on Trivago - which pushed me to Algotels to make the reservation which was $439. I can refute the credit card charge - and I will do that at some point but if i do that now I will have paid double for the same rooms - and Algotels has broken the contract between us. Based on the fact that they seem to do this a lot .. I wonder if this could be considered fraud.. taking payment for a service they have no intention on delivering. Trivago own the brand and they dont support You cant speak to a live person unless you want to book a trip no one replys to emails I have looked up on Companies House who the directors are for Trivago Deals UK Limited - I may try to reach the board members Daniel Benedikt Hall Ioannis Papadopoulos Eran Shust to see if they have any idea how terrible their service is.

Run.. DONT USE ALGOTELS.. Scam!
I booked a hotel through Algotels for 8/18-20, 2026. When I booked this hotel, it said 3.4 star review. After booking I noticed it then said 1.6 stars review. So I read all the reviews and got very worried since the hotel sounded like a rat motel which it was. I think they pasted over the initial reviews. I immediately reached out to ALGOTELS. They were absolutely zero help. In fact they canceled my reservation without telling me. I tried to call Wyndham corporate directly and they wouldn’t do anything for me since it was booked through a third-party, but they did tell me that my reservation had been canceled by Algotels. I didn’t ask them to cancel anything. I paid for it and can’t seem to get a refund from anybody. I think this place is a scam. You can’t reach anybody on the phone and they won’t help you once you’re booked. I did read a lot of reviews about people not having a hotel room when they get to the hotel. This also happened to me, but I found out in advance because I called Wyndham directly. In a way it was a blessing in disguise because this hotel was disgusting and definitely 1.6 star review. Also, they have pictures on their site of the hotels and they’re not accurate.! I ended up booking another hotel with Super.com and they were fantastic to deal with everything was accurate and they were easy to reach. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ALGOTELS. I don’t even believe they’re in this country.
