Beware of Fake “Mold” Claims & Hidden Fees!
ALIAS (GOAT Group) is operating a predatory system for international sellers. I sold multiple verified authentic New Balance sneakers, but they flagged almost all of them with the exact same copy-pasted ‘mold’ reason without providing a single piece of photographic evidence. What makes it worse: They automatically deducted and stole my legitimate earnings from other completed sales to cover arbitrary $10 and $60 ‘retrieval’ penalties. They force you to pay insane return shipping and customs taxes back to your home country (costing way more than the shoes’ original value). Their support team uses automated bot templates and refuses to provide human accountability or proof. If you are an overseas seller, stay away from this platform. They will confiscate your payouts, hit you with fake quality-control fees, and leave you with massive losses. Absolute daylight robbery.”

Sold one pair of shoes no issues, then
Sold one pair of shoes no issues. Second pair have been with them almost 2 weeks so I contacted them via email. Keep getting an automated email saying they are busy. Seems like they lure you in with one quick experience then are totally terrible. I’m extremely disappointed and have removed my other listings. Avoid if possible.

I sold them my shoes. They gave me a usps label even though on the site it showed ups as the carrier. They then proceeded to say that the order was canceled because there was no update from the non existent ups label. They are now saying that the email they used to communicate the information to me with is not the one connected to my account
