In ottobre andrò in Cina. Scaricate le app consigliate Alipay e WeChat. Con la seconda nessun problema di registrazione, Alipay mi sta facendo impazzire! È una settimana che le sto dietro 😡..a volte appare tutto in cinese e non mi dà la possibilità di scegliere altra lingua. Quando ci riesco, arrivati al momento di inserire il codice che mi arriva regolarmente via SMS, il sistema si blocca e non va avanti. Alcune volte mi dice che l'accesso è negato. Ma perché? Non ho nessun blocco nel cellulare..una schifezza!!

Do una stella perche' non posso dare meno Un servizio lento ed estremamente difficile da comprendere a partire dalle scritte parte in inglese e parte comunque smpre in cinese Dopo un giorno di funzionamento con pagamenti fatti improvvisamente si e' bloccata e non c'e' stato modo di farla ripartire lasciandoci in grave difficolta' Veramente un'applicazione da dimenticare Avessi potuto avrei dato una valutazione in negativo

I wanted to top up my travel wallet …
I wanted to top up my travel wallet on alipay and was guided to use panda remit. I sent it from Austria to panda remit and from panda remit they never succeeded to send it to Alipay. When I called Alipay they blamed Panda remit and panda remit app blamed Alipay. Instead of informing me, they did nothing and my money was just vanishing in the air with pandaremit. The official panda remit app shows a notice that alipay can not receive it. Well I need reasons! Now I hope they process my refund from pandaremit like promised in the customer chat. Not fun! And both couldnt tell me why. No efficiency. I was hoping for detailed answers like "a document is missing" etc. Tiring and not trustworthy. I called the customer service center and always got kicked out from the line (alipay) and they always transfered. Deadend. They coulf not see any pending payment blabla. All in all not recommendable and traumatizing.

Alipay has biggest security loophole
Alipay has biggest security loophole. Someone Easily hacked into my account and transfer my money to other alipay merchant or users. And alipay doesn't want to take any of the responsibility. Don't ever trust this company with your money.

would rate 0 if i could. horseshit security system that does more harm than good. keep flagging my account after multiple passport verifications 👌bizarre this is the one of the only viable way to transfer and use money for asia goods
