Do not buy from Allen & Moore
They will send you the shoes with in about two weeks, but in my experience they sent the wrong size, then expect me to pay the shipping and handling for the new pair to be sent and to click a link in an email to do so. Also all communication stopped from Allen & Moore when I questioned this. I am stuck with a pair of shoes that are too small and I’m down the coat of the shoe and postage.

Logistics need major improvement
3 months and 2 weeks after I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, I am still waiting. I have exchanged multiple emails with the customer service team with promises to replace my order and subsequent excuses about replacement items being no longer available (even though still listed on their website!). I eventually began a transaction dispute process to get a full refund but then subsequently received the delivery. I am enjoying the first pair of shoes and looking forward to when I wear the second one.

Decent, but tracking was slow
The shoes look good and fit well, but the tracking didn’t update for a while which was frustrating. Customer service answered my email and they did arrive, just later than I expected.
