On Wednesday I called to see how long it would take to translate 1 1/2 pages. I was told on the phone 12-24 hours. Since we are pressed for time it was perfect! So we sent the documenta over and paid $29 for each document. Today is Friday and we are currently at over 48 hours and NOTHING!! I was told yesterday that I should be having it by the end of the day and nothing. Today I was told the same and guess what .... nothing came!! We wasted 2 days, which is precious time in our case, to wait for something that never comes! This feels like a scam to me! On Monday I will definitely call to get my money back! Do not trust this service!

This poor review is not for the actual service but for the attention to detail of client service. The website has done a good job of promoting it`s "national" service but fails to provide sufficient details about the location of notarized translations and it´s affect on the turnaround for Apostilled documents. I called them from California specifically telling them that I needed a notarized translation of a birth certificate. I received the notarized document with a stamp from Oregon which is impossible to Apostille in California. It would have been useful to know this before dropping 40USD for a document that I can do nothing with given the time frame I was operating in which this company was aware of. If the level of professionalism was up to par, and being that this they deal with this level of translations, I would have expected a more proactive service. When I called to point this out, the reception was the expected "you shoudl have told us" . Well, working in custom service, I also know that a true professional would know better the kinds of questions to ask their clients to make sure that the services match the requirements. Extremely disappointed. It shoudl be known that I found their website via search "Los Angeles Notarized Tranlsation Birth Cerfiticate" expecting a "hit" in Califronia, At no time was it mentioned that the notary woudl be in Oregon. Not on the webiste and not in our phone conversations. Update: The business owner was very quick to respond to this review and refunded the amount spent. I feel this was the correct thing to do and thank him . I still feel the website needs to provide more transparent information regarding the location of notarized documents so that anyone familiar with the Apostille process can know if their services are a good fit or not.
