The company does not pay its affiliates or the traders it claims to fund.
I worked as an affiliate for this company for a few months and accumulated withdrawable profits from selling their plans. When the time came to withdraw—specifically on July 17, 2026—I requested a payout of USD 562.31. Within a day, my request status changed to "Approved_for_pay." However, whenever I inquired about the withdrawal, they simply offered excuses. The twice-weekly follow-ups I sent were met with the same canned responses—claiming high withdrawal volumes and asking me to wait because it would be processed soon—but it never happened. On October 18, 2026—after nearly a month of waiting—they reviewed my request following another inquiry and complaint regarding my rights. They then voided approximately 70% of the previously pre-approved payout, claiming the deduction was for a plan where traders had been refunded. In reality, however, none of the traders who purchased that plan had received a refund; it was a falsehood intended solely to reduce affiliate payouts. I submitted a new request on October 18, 2026, for the remaining USD 157.60—the amount they claim I am entitled to (which is untrue, as I am actually owed the full USD 562.31 for sales I made but was never paid for). Although the status changed to "Approved_for_pay" after a day or two, they continue to make excuses and coldly delay the payout, always using the same canned messages about high request volumes and the usual blah-blah-blah. Folks, this company is in dire financial straits and isn't paying its affiliates—let alone its traders! Don't spend a single cent testing this company if you value your money. Stay away from this company. There are many prop firms that are 100 times better and more reputable than this one.

Unstable Alpha Trader Platform
Alpha Futures proprietary Alpha Trader platform has been unstable. During my trading session, the platform lagged by approximately one minute and required frequent refreshes. As a result, I was unable to manage my trades properly, my daily loss limit was reached, and my account was deactivated. I have no confidence in trading tomorrow because of these platform issues. The platform has reportedly been unstable since its launch. Users have repeatedly discussed issues in the company’s Discord channel, where the team has addressed problems in real time and taken the platform offline multiple times since launch. When I contacted customer support to request a reset or refund and report the platform issues, I was asked to provide screen recordings as evidence. I was appalled by this request, as I do not understand why I should have been recording platform issues instead of trading during core business hours. Since Alpha Futures moved away from Tradovate, the company appears to have heavily promoted the Alpha Trader platform to customers despite its ongoing stability and performance problems.
