Transformational experience
Working with Michal and participating in the Alpha Lead Academy program was transformational for me. I joined the program 6 months into running my consulting practice, with minor ad hoc projects, without a proper plan, direction, or a secured future for the business. Fast-forward to today, my business is making +3x revenue each month, and I have a system to attract new clients. It is still a work in progress, and it took me longer than I thought before joining the program. It was, however, my issue, as my offer and positioning were not clear, and it took me some time to figure it out. Now that I apply what I learned, the results are great. So what did I learn? 1) Thinking like a marketer - build a pipeline, think probabilistically, keep track of all the stats, and don't tie my hopes to any single lead 2) Process over outcome - you build tules and system, and they deliver results when consistently applied 3) Talk to the right people - sharpening target to the actual decision maker that can decide to buy from me; 4) Content strategy - for me, a very big part of the business building (all that I done in the past 2 years was directly affected by the stuff I learned in ALA); 5) Mindset is the superpower of solopreneurship (I could write a book about my learnings and experience from the program) If you are a small business ready to scale, and your main obstacle to growth is client acquisition, Michal & ALA is the perfect prescription for you. I cannot recommend it enough!

More than just cold emails
Michal and the team at Alpha Lead Academy are extremely sharp. I was skeptical about the best strategy to transition from referral-based leads to a reliable cold outreach pipeline. Within a few minutes of talking to me, he had an exceptional grasp on my business, the existing frictions in landing clients, and why we were struggling to close. From there, he developed an effective cold outreach campaign that brought in at least 10 discovery calls per week. The tools his team developed go beyond technical explanations of the process; they are genuinely illuminating. They helped us see our business clearly and articulate what matters most to prospective clients. Throughout the entire engagement, Michal was communicative, available, and supportive. The package includes technical support, a turnkey process, and excellent sales coaching. If you're looking to up your game and build a reliable pipeline, ALA is your team.

Michal's expertise on the art of sales is second to none
Michal's expertise on the art of sales opened my eyes to what had been getting in my way. Sales is all about a clear offer, a clear path, and a clear approach - something I'd been struggling with for a long time. He's a great guide to help you get that clarity so you can go out to talk to your prospects with a strong, respectful invitation - and not to let it get to you if that doesn't fit at that time.

Solid program, but not for everyone
I was a customer of Alpha Lead Academy. We had a very good experience: for a fair price we received tons of documentation (hours and hours of video lessons, accurate templates, spreadsheets, etc.) and a regular follow-up to all our actions based on the plan they helped us set up. We managed to get a few new clients following the methods described in it. The reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the program relies heavily on cold emailing, and for that you need a certain mindset: you need to be consistent and persistent and able to accept a "no" for an answer. So, this program isn't for everyone: there is a lot of hard work involved. This is stated in the marketing material, but perhaps it should be made more evident. All in all, a solid program, if you're willing to invest lot of energy into it.
