I placed order online
I placed order online. When I dint get a order confirmation, I called them what a big mistake that was, they blamed me that I didn't click something. Then, they blamed PayPal, and then they shipped it. Despite saying the order was lost for ever and that I'd have to call paypal to get my money back. Worst customer service ever! I will tell everyone I know but more that I dont know.

The sales person that I talked to was adam very nice, very knowledgeable, and he helped me out one hundred percent. I purchased an SE5A and a new transmitter, and I've never had this new stuff before.I'm just getting back in the hobby after thirty year. With Adam helped, I had the plane and transmitter sinks in no time. Prior to that, I did so much research online. Nothing came easy. I was ready to give up and then Adam helped me. Because of him, I am now a lifelong customer of your hobby shop. Thank you for having good people work for you. Yours truly Bob green.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from AMain Hobbies! I purchased a radio controller that unfortunately arrived defective and would not charge. I contacted their support team through chat, and they quickly determined that the radio was not serviceable. They immediately arranged for a return label and told me a replacement would be sent. What really impressed me was that the new replacement radio arrived before I even had a chance to drop off the defective one. They sent it by overnight shipping, and the replacement works perfectly. The entire process was fast, easy, and professional from beginning to end. AMain Hobbies went above and beyond to make things right, and this is exactly how customer service should be handled. I will definitely continue shopping with them and highly recommend them to anyone in the hobby community!

Bought a Redcat truck and it came in no time but had a problem with the charger but come to find out it was my fault but their sending me another charger and they didn’t have to do that because it was my fault. Thank you Amain Hobbys I will be ordering again from you.

Have been a long time customer of A Main Hobbies, and their customer service remainds unmatched. I've had an issue with a UMX plane component that was just out of warranty. Their expert representatives stepped up and offered me a "goodwill" solution to get me back in the air! This is exactly why I don't buy my RC gear anywhere else. Thank you Amain and your incredible support!
