An amazing experience
An amazing experience. Axis & Chiara were very knowledgeable, kind and caring in guiding me through the experience. I felt safe and supported at all times which made for an unforgettable experience. The medicine space feels sacred and calm, a perfect set and setting. Also the house is very pretty and there is a lot of nature around which makes for a very nice quiet space perfect for plant medicine. Also the food was 10/10. I would wholeheartedly recommend Amayama <3 <3

I attended Amayama in Valencia seeking support for military-related PTSD after it was recommended to me by Axis and Chiara. Rather than pursuing ayahuasca, they suggested Iboga due to its positive track record with veterans, and I'm very grateful that they did. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe, welcomed, and genuinely listened to. The team created a warm and supportive environment where I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The treatment itself was a profound experience, and I found it genuinely helpful in my ongoing journey with PTSD. What stood out just as much as the retreat itself was the quality of the follow-up care. The support didn't end when I left; the team continued to check in and provide guidance, which made a real difference in helping me integrate the experience. I would highly recommend Amayama to any veteran exploring alternative approaches to healing from PTSD. My experience was positive, professional, and supportive from start to finish.

A Healing and Supportive Retreat Experience
My husband and I experienced profound healing at Amayama. Located in the countryside near Valencia, the retreat feels peaceful and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The home is surrounded by beautiful gardens and thoughtfully designed to create a tranquil environment. Everything was clean and comfortable.The food was also incredibly fresh and delicious. We were drawn to Amayama because of its focus on small groups and couples, which felt unique compared to many of the other retreats we researched. We appreciated having many opportunities to connect with each other, while also receiving personalized guidance and support for our own individual experiences. Axis and Chiara are knowledgeable and deeply committed to the work they do. Together with their teachers, Sylvie and Vicente, they have created a beautiful and intentional community. We felt welcomed immediately and supported by everyone there. Some parts of the experience were powerful and challenging, but we always felt safe and guided through each step, including the integration process afterward. We left feeling more connected and deeply grateful for the experience and the care we received at Amayama. We look forward to returning.

A truly healing experience
There truly aren't enough words to describe how much the Iboga retreat at Amayama has changed my life. After years of various therapies and significant resources spent trying to resolve longstanding issues, I was on the verge of giving up hope - until I found this incredible group of people. Axis, Chiara, Sylvie, and Vicente are masters of their craft. They are highly skilled practitioners who facilitate the Iboga medicine with immense pride and sacred integrity. They treated me with the profound care and dignity usually reserved for family. From the preparation to the integration, I felt completely held and supported the entire time. The house and the beautiful garden are a healing sanctuary in every sense. A quiet oasis, creating a peaceful and nurturing environment that made it possible for me to fully surrender to the medicine. Everything about the week was spectacular - even the food was handled with so much love that it felt like medicine in itself. I also want to extend a huge thank you to Eve, Guido, and Jordi who supported my process as well. Their presence was a steady anchor of compassion, and I felt their genuine care in every interaction. They are truly beautiful souls. If you are serious about the deep healing that Iboga offers and want to do it in a safe place that feels like a 'system reboot' for the soul, look no further. I will be forever grateful for the week I spent here.

A spiritual family - Amayama
Really amazing environment with even more amazing people. Was a little hesitant and nervous for my first time experiencing this type of work but the family here at Amayama could not have been more accommodating and helpful, finding the perfect balance between being there in support and letting you have your own experience. Also some of the best food I have ever tasted was a big plus. If you feel the calling there is no better place to go.
