I am now paying £95 a year for a…
I am now paying £95 a year for a service that is just getting totally rubbish. It's hard to find anything decent to watch that's included. And when you do, you get six minutes of adverts each hour, up from two when they first started showing adverts. And free next day delivery? If it actually gets delivered! It just happened again, "sorry for the delay " arriving tomorrow? The free delivery is normally hidden in the price of the item, because quite often you can buy it elsewhere for the same price, or cheaper including delivery. What has happened to what was once a great value for money service? Oh,of course, greed!!! Take your loyal customers for mugs,and milk them as much as you can. I definitely will not be renewing my subscription!! I am paying £95 a year so I can watch six minutes of advertising every hour,and get free next day delivery, when it turns up! What's free? I'm paying £95 a year!!!!!! And as for Alexa, as thick as shit! Just about to watch a film on Prime, so I must go and make a nice cup of tea, and have a good dump before it starts, well I have got at least three minutes of adverts before it starts!!! Tooddle pip.

I was pretty surprised at all the 1 star reviews as mine would verge on a 5 star but maybe that's because predominantly I use Prime for shopping. I don't know anywhere else I can order an item and get it delivered the same day. Yes this is often quite late at night same day but the amount of times this has got me out of sticky situations that alone is worth it. I can also get same day delivery with Morrisons which comes in very handy. Yes it costs a little more but if you suddenly discover unexpected guests are on their way or other such emergency situations you will be happy to pay that little bit extra and sigh with relief particularly if like me you can't just hop in a car to the supermarket. If I have an issue with any items they will refund no problem and often refund and allow me to keep item the most expensive being a lawnmower! I can't think of any other store would do that particularly these days. I'm extremely happy with Amazon Prime but I see I am in the minority and guess that can't be ignored.

Subscription prison
I could rant over the fact that a multi-billion dollar company cant create a user friendly and functioning app so stream video. But I will focus on the fact that they intentionally have made it almost impossible to cancel subscription. If I need to cancel my subscription I will do so. I do not forget that I need to do that just because you make it almost impossible. The only thing you really accomplish is that I will remember this the next time I ponder if I should subscribe again. When that happens I will immediately think: "Oh, remember the frikkin hurdles they put me through, all the time and frustration they put on me to get out. Well, then its not worth it. I go subscribe to a platform that actually respects its customers instead."

Amazon is a complete joke they say a month's free trial of prime but then try taking money out your account even before the month is up. Don't trust them.

It's gone downhill so much
I haven't had Prime for over a year now after they brought in the price rises and adding more and more ads to Prime video. Took up an offer of 30 days free recently and boy have they absolutely destroyed this once great subscription even more. The ads in the TV shows and movies absolutely killed it for me (3 minutes at the start then numerous more in the middle, ads when you pause etc. Never mind the weird and wonderful way they try and push additional charges for other programs and films That's it, I'm done with Amazon prime and will never pay for it again. I don't need you I promise you. Absolutely ruined
