Average quality - poor customer service
Website looks like a boutique french brand, but don’t be fooled!!! Ordered a medium-size T shirt and then noticed 2 conflicting size guides on their site. Totally different measurements. Mailed them the same day, got a reply which made no sense, but did say they would try and amend the order to a large before shipping. Chased them for confirmation, received nothing, 2 more mails and again no reply. Product did arrive in the original size, so they did nothing to help amend the order. Took 10 days and came from China, no branding on the packaging and no labels. Rookie mistake, should have read the reviews.

Took my money, no refund, and then silence
Took my money, took weeks to deliver the wrong size, then asked for photos of the t-shirt (they already knew what I had bought), then offered me a 20% refund if I kept the t-shirt, and have then ignored me. Complete rip-off scam. Do not send them money. Stay clear.

⭐ 1 star I had a very disappointing experience with Amelie Charme, particularly when it came to trying to return my order. The item wasn’t the right fit, so I checked their website and understood that returns were accepted. However, when I contacted them to arrange the return, instead of providing clear return instructions, they repeatedly offered me partial refunds, which I declined because I simply wanted to return the item. When I made it clear that I wanted to proceed with the return, I was told they would get back to me with the necessary information. I waited several days and received no response. The whole process has been unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. A company’s return policy should be straightforward, especially when the customer is simply asking to return an item in accordance with the company’s own stated policy. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being cautious when ordering from Amelie Charme. The product may look appealing online, but the customer service and returns experience I received was extremely poor. I would not order from them again!

Terrible customer service - DO NOT BUY
I ordered a t-shirt which took over 10 days to arrive. I need a bigger size and got in touch with customer service, they asked if I would accept a 20% refund of the value of the item which I declined as I just want a larger size. The communication is every two days so difficult to speak with them. I then get another email asking if I will take a 50% refund and keep the item. I decline again as I want a bigger size. They then ask me to send a picture of the item and now its been 4 days since I habe heard from them. They have terrible customer service and will not be using them again.

Sent wrong item still trying to get a refund
I ordered a t shirt which took about 3 weeks to arrive. When it did turn up it was the wrong size and the wrong colour. When I asked for an exchange I got a series of emails asking for photos of the shirt. After the 3rd request I asked for a refund then got offered a series of discounts if I kept the t shirt. I am still in the process of trying to send the shirt back and get a refund.
