Getting parts for your electric bike is…
Getting parts for your electric bike is zero to none. Customer service is useless. The gladiator is great only when it runs. If not it does pedal pretty great.21 speed is very easy on the legs. Ancheer differently need to fix parts supply demands.

This is not only a good ebike
This is not only a good ebike, but it is a great bike in general. Some parts are on the flimsy side but for the money you can't go wrong! Even the bike shop I use said this was one of the best ebikes around for the money. I've owned it over three years and never had one issue with it

Where to start..
Where to start... Buyer beware! This bike arrived in an already been opened box. It was missing the entire part that the battery plugs into. So clearly it has been tampered with. I contacted the company and they said they would let me know when the part comes in, They are on back order at the factory. It's been a month and not a word from them. I tried to just return the bike but they want me to pay the shipping cost ranging from 150 to 400 depending on where it's going. Talk about underhanded business practices, This company blows smoke up your ass with this product but reality is they are incompetent and the bike is a piece of junk. Quality control doesn't exist in this company. I feel I was completely ripped off. I would rate zero stars and recommend you pass on this pretend e bike unless you like disappointment

The price was great for the bike
The price was great for the bike. Needed new battery, the bike was only 100$ more then the battery I needed.

Exceeded Expectations
This being my first e-bike, I didn't really know what to expect. But this thing is simply incredible. Sturdy build, the perfect size for my height (6'1") which most others I looked at just wouldn't have been comfortable riding. Definitely can recommend, especially for those in the 6' range
