Best customer service ever!!
I have been purchasing footwear from Android for the past two year, each time I’ve purchase I’m immediately reminded why I keep returning to buy my footwear from them. Saying this, my last purchase didn’t come with the quality I was used to and this was my first experience with their customer service team…. What an experience!!! Immediately as I raised my concerns about the shoes, I was directed to a lady by the name of Cecelia, who I must say is a credit to the company and probably the best customer service associate that I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, friendly and most definitely helpful. I was immediately given two options, I could return the shoes and received another pair of my choice, along with a FREE gift for my inconvenience, or simply return them and get a full refund. In this case, I chose to return them and get a refund as I simply didn’t need a replacement and always buy shoes simply to hold and store them. I do this with Android as they have the best sales in the market and you won’t be able to buy the same quality shoes anywhere else for the outstanding prices Android sell for in their Sale season. Cecelia kept me informed in real time, both providing me the necessary paperwork for the return in exact timing that she said she would, then informing me that they had been informed of the collection and the delivery to their establishment here in the UK. I have never ever witnessed such a thorough and thoughtful customer service in all my years and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Cecelia and the Android team, for their service, support and friendly professionalism. I 100% recommend this company to anyone who wants to purchase high quality footwear and apparel, I assure you, you will get great quality that is beautifully made and fits great.

Amazing aftersales
I would just like all to know that this company provide excellent products but also provide excellent customer service and aftercare. I recently purchased my latest pair of Android trainers ( must confess i am a bit of a Android junkie) and for the first time i had a issue with the stitching coming apart (again most unusual with the normal quality afforded in manufacturing) So i emailed and received a reply almost instantly offering a new pair or a full refund. If only other companies worked this way shopping would be so much better. Many thanks Android.
