Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience Been a an AD customer for many years never had issues before all shipments met me fine and customer service WAS great Must have been a change in management or something because they have gone completely down the pan. Customer service dont respond to emails and call wait time for the customer service is longer than the HMRC wait time My order is a week late when i should have had it next working day i pay a premium on my account for this and have emailed without any response or any care what so ever about their customers Luckily this will be my last ever order from angling direct and i will be demanding a refund on my ADplus subscription as they havent held up their end of the bargain And dont worry when im next at the fishing show ill make sure everyone around the AD stand is aware of how awful this company has actually got and from what i can see from the recent reviews i think everyones in the same boat. Avoid at all costs they literally dont care about customers they get your money and then they are done with you

Looking at the reviews with an average of 2.5 stars, I’m not sure this company wants. For me it’s the returns policy, which if after 4 weeks has to go through customer services and not the shop. I bought a Korum landing net that broke and was told that Korum would need to assess the product before any outcome could be reached. It’s now 3 weeks, I didn’t buy the item off Korum I bought it from AD. Not heard a thing 🤷🏼♂️. If I’d bought this from Amazon it’d be sorted by now. Overall the shops are well stocked, good staff and prices, but if something goes wrong and you need to return something - Beware.

Very poor company, bad customer service, terrible
Very poor, dont waste your time guys, customer service is non existence, dont pay extra for priority delivery its a scam, im still waiting on items a week later and iv sent numerous emails without a response back, these guys are shocking! It will be the last time I use these, very poor company, just read the reviews! I thought id give them the benefit of the doubt I wish I hadn't bothered! You've been warned.

Where is my order
Ordered item on the 23/08/26 with a delivery time of 3 to 5 day's. Now a week later and no update on when the item will be delivered Very poor service and hard to find someone to talk too

Shocking
Shocking. Ordered 2 Korda Kaizen greens rods over a week ago and still waiting. Contacted customer services who said there'd be a technical issue (given that excuse on a previous order!!) and that the rods had been upgraded to Priority despatch, which I should receive within 2 working days. Now that those 2 working days are now up, another call, another hour on hold. Customer Services confirmed that order had been upgraded to priority, but hadn't yet been picked. She also wouldn't guarentee that the rods would be despatched by next Tuesday. Bloody appalling service!!
