Absolutely amazing product
Absolutely amazing product! I use it every single day and have seen big changes in conjunction with my regular workouts and a diet! 53 years old, this system really helps firm up my facia and give me a great ab workout! My belt started to fail after about four months and they promptly replaced it with no issues at all! Customer service is really top- notch, no problem getting a hold of them and very quick responses, they really seem to care about their product and taking care of customers! I would highly recommend this system to anyone at any age!

This is my second review and reason for this is because I posted review yesterday after opening next gen glut set it up everything as required sprayed with water selected level and it didn't work. I was very disappointed. I emailed Apeborn and at the same time I posted bad review here. What I want to say is that ape born customer service contacted me in very swift manor. After I Read email I decided to fallow advice and read manual via link that was in email when I read manual realized that my next gen glute wasn't charged fully I put on the charger until fully charged repeat all the same process as I did first time and oh my gosh it worked perfectly!!! I just like to apologise to ape born for rushing and posting bad review. I definitely recommend APE BORN to all who wants get in shape faster!! Thank you

I ordered next gen glute EMS belt and…
I ordered next gen glute EMS belt and it arrived today. Packaging is very presentable but this is only one good thing I can say. I was very excited to receive next gen glute as I thought it will help me with waking up my glute muscles. Unfortunately I am very very disappointed and extremely upset because belt absolutely doesn't do nothing. It's easy to set up literally 1 minute of work. I sprayed with water using bottle that included in the packaging placed belt on my glutes but no matter what level I select there is nothing going . I did read reviews before purchasing and it's mixed reviews. I thought I give it a go because half or so reviews is good. Now I deeply I regrette that I made this purchase. Waisting of time and money. I did email ape born straight away with a pictures attached now I'm waiting for them to contact me and get my money back. It's very sad as I had big expectations based on them advertising.

Amazing Experience
My experience has been amazing! Their service is on point and what you see is what you get. I had a minor issue with one of the arm stimulators and they fixed it ASAP! Sent a replacement right away FREE of charge. I’m recommending them to all my gym buddies and athletes.

Customer service did an excellent job…
Customer service did an excellent job in organizing the replacement for the device that stopped working. The new one has been shipped and it's on the way 24hrs after I made the complaint. Very efficient.
