Great for lead lists, just watch the pricing
I run sales for a restaurant group and needed lists of offices and hotels in our delivery area. Used to do it by hand off Google Maps, which took hours and I usually gave up halfway. Picked a scraper off their store, typed in a search and a location, had a usable file in about twenty minutes. No coding. Only real gripe is the pricing. It's usage based and I couldn't tell what a run would cost before starting it, so I got a couple of bills I wasn't expecting. Set your memory and timeout limits early and you're fine. Running at about two new corporate bookings a month off it so far. Worth it for us.

I've been using Apify for a few months…
I've been using Apify for a few months now, mostly for price tracking and data collection for small projects. I started with a simple idea — I wanted to be notified when prices dropped on certain products — and ended up moving pretty much all my web data work onto the platform. What I like most is that it just runs. I set up schedules, and the jobs do their thing; when something fails I actually find out about it, which was never true of my own scripts. The actor marketplace is handy too — for a lot of sources someone's already built a scraper, so I don't have to reinvent it. I'll be honest about the downsides: the pricing took me a while to get used to, and I once watched a badly configured job chew through credits faster than I expected. Set limits and you're fine. Support has been quick when I needed it, and the MCP server is a nice touch for anyone playing with AI agents. Overall, it's become one of those tools I'd quietly pay for even if I weren't already using it daily.

I used many enriching Actors at once to help my company streamline their recruiting and sales process. Although the Actors are very rigorously built and highly integrable to our system, sometimes it breaks down but I have no idea why... But overall, it works 90% of the time and I can highly recommend Apify.

Makes web scraping and automation genuinely easy
I've been using Apify for general web scraping and automation and it's honestly made my workflow so much easier. The library of pre-built Actors saves a ton of setup time, and when I need something custom the SDK is straightforward to work with. Runs are reliable, the dashboard makes it easy to monitor and debug scrapers, and scheduling/API access fit right into my existing automation pipelines. Support has also been responsive whenever I've had questions. Would recommend it to anyone who needs to scrape or automate data collection at scale without reinventing the wheel.
