I am writing this to report an unjustified withdrawal restriction on my WEEX account (UID: 8825781522), which has been locked for over 4 days. I have complied with every compliance request and provided 100% legitimate proof of origin: Full 90-day unedited video recordings and official platform withdrawal ledgers. Direct originating wallet transaction receipts across all utilized networks (TRX, BSC/BEP-20, TON). Despite having zero discrepancies and submitting clear evidence directly from the sending platforms, the email support desk continues to stall with repetitive canned replies and refusal to process legitimate withdrawals. This is unacceptable behavior for a crypto exchange. I demand an immediate manual review by the Senior Compliance Lead and the prompt release of my funds for UID: 8825781522.

I was totally and purposely scammed by this company for $10000 operating under the umbrella of Warner Brothers Discovery. The information to withdraw funds was purposely deceptive, ambiguous and totally unclear and if that wasnt enough to keep your money and freeze your account they only allow a 15minute window to withdraw funds. It can easily take more than 15 minutes to do this and if it does or if they say it did they will freeze your money and not allow it to be unfrozen unless you send many thousands of dollars. I have all of the relevant screenshot communications to prove the veracity of my complaint
