APPLE REVIEW IS ARBITRARY, HYPOCRITICAL & UNFAIR — AVOID AS AN INDEPENDENT DEV
Subject: Case ID 20000124675534 — Formal Complaint & Final Position on Appeal APL523113 Hello, Reference: Case ID 20000124675534 | Appeal Ticket APL523113 I am escalating this formally — this situation is completely unacceptable. My app has been rejected repeatedly, inconsistently, and without proper explanation, then I’m told to fundamentally redesign it when I’ve done absolutely nothing wrong. I will NOT redesign my app. You’ve acknowledged my app contains original, distinguishing functionality — proprietary tools no competitor offers — yet you still reject it under Guideline 4.3(b) claiming "there are already enough dating apps available." That is NOT a published guideline. That is arbitrary gatekeeping, pure and simple. Meanwhile the App Store stays flooded with outdated, abandoned, and outright scam apps that remain live — while my professionally built, original product gets blocked. That is hypocrisy, double standards, and a total failure of your review process. I am taking this personally now. I pay for the Apple Developer Program expecting fair, consistent review. Instead I get boilerplate, contradictions, and made-up rules applied only to me. Get this properly reviewed and approved — OR REFUND MY DEVELOPER PROGRAM FEE IN FULL. If you cannot provide the fair service I pay for, you keep none of my money. I expect a human response, not another automated.

Apple ripped off another client
I got an update on my apple phone I was told I had to reinstall my annual subscription 39.99$ the checky bastards changed me again then they refused to give me my money back theives luckily they don’t have a head office in New Zealand I would place iPhone where the sun doesn’t shine

They are accusing our company for…
They are accusing our company for having a fraudulent activity just because we resubmit our application after rejection. The reason we did that was they told us to do. Now they are terminating our developer account and deleting our 4.5 star app by saying we or another account was doing a dishonest or fraudulent activity. There is no explanation and nothing except their nonsense generic text. This is what happens with the developer team. If you get rejected by one of their person. The system attacks you like hell and you can not talk to them. I hope whole system of yours collapse and you guys lose your job too. We will file a law case around that. You have no right to play games on people's business and investments like that. Let's see who is dishonest then!

Apple support to developers is lowsy!
Apple support to developers is lowsy! Financial reports are wrong for the last 2 months. The daily sales reports are sometimes not produced for 2, 3 or 4 days!!!! Apps represents 10's of billions of dollars for Apple and Apple treat developers like sh...t!
