Luxury Yacht Disaster
We have had private luxury Yacht experience on 10/08/2026. 4 adults and 4 kids boat/yacht driver Hosse. Very rushed experience but overall was good to experience banana ride, swimming and snorkelling, there was defiantly no dolphins so be aware and the worst part of the experience whilst we went to for jet ski my signature Ray-Ban sunglasses disappeared from the boat. Raised this issue with the boat guy no luck there, strangely he disappeared from the boat for 30 min, no one knew where he went, brought this up wit the office, they couldn’t care less, there are no safes on the yacht so be very carful of your possessions. If it wasn’t for the missing items would give them solid 3 stars. But 1 star its all you get.

We paid nearly 400 euros for a 3 hr…
We paid nearly 400 euros for a 3 hr boat trip, ended after 2 hrs and stuck in the town for 1 hr for pick up, ignored phone and emails. Do not touch this company!!!!! We stayed at the Paradisus gran canaries and booked through the hotel and even they got ignored. Worse company ever!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!!
Worst experience ever!!!!!! We do not recommend it!!!! For the first day they booked a boat trip for us, the second day a buggy tour was booked, and they mixed the pick-up time so we could not reach the boat trip on the first day… After they just tried to fix it, but it didnt go so well, because the two programm was in two different days so we had to recalculate everything because the next day we had a flight back to home and on that day we had to go on a 4 hours boat trip instead of the 2 hours buggy tour… After the end of the boat trip we had to wait for the transfer, the other tourists had already gotten their transfer but as we were in a delay, we were really upset, that they left us as the last ones…and after that my husband just wanted to go to the toilet back to the boat during waiting for the transfer, and they didnt let him back telling him “ The boat is closed” … unbeliavble. And the worst part we paid a lot for this two programm and we didnt get any compensation… This company is not worth any money!

The worst aqua sports place I have ever…
The worst aqua sports place I have ever experienced. The guy with the glasses who sits at reception is very rude, abrupt and isn’t very friendly or helpful. The jetskis are just awful no health and safety demonstration. They just let people drive where ever and what ever speed no consideration for the boats or other people. Other jetski users were over taking and not leaving the other people any space. The leader is so far in front that if u was at the back and something happened u would have no way to try and get their attention. The guy on the speed boat who is abit older is completely rude and told my misses to jump off the boat after she really hurt her ankle on the jetski. I would avoid at all costs. This service is just awful and rude. The worst place They day there the best water spots. THEY ARE THE WORST WATERSPORTS.
