I am waiting for a parcel that was…
I am waiting for a parcel that was collected from the seller over a week ago there has been no update on the tracking for a week. It is impossible to speak to customer support and when you email you get an automated response with no follow up.

If I could give a zero I would.
If I could give a zero I would. I don’t know how they managed but they somehow broke a welded piece of artwork…?! Our package is literally rounded out, with holes in the bottom and sides.. never ever use these people.

It doesn't get much better
I have had many, many deliveries to Stillwater (Silverdale) and cannot fault our courier driver named DC. Definitely A+++++++

If I could put negative stars up I would They are absolutely useless- when complained that never received package even tho they said delivered and sent me photos of my deck ( missing the supposedly delivered package ) are still trying to tell me it was delivered Will NEVER use again and encourage others to beware of this company

Having placed an order with overseas…
Having placed an order with overseas company Iherb whom I subsequently realised use Aramex as their overseas courier service provider-I was unaware at the time of ordering, that Fastway Couriers, was in fact Aramex- I was informed that my parcel had been delivered on the 18th of August. It wasn't delivered to me it was delivered to a wrong address here in Hamilton. Despite emails from the Aramex branch in Hamilton claiming they were going to try and retrieve my parcel, they failed to do so. In fact, I doubt any attempt was made on the part of Aramex to retrieve my parcel at all, Emails were sent by Aramex Hamilton purely as a formality, with the intention of conveying the pretence of having attempted to recover my parcel. To anyone reading this review for your own sake and peace of mind please check when ordering from any company whether overseas or nationally, that the company does NOT use Aramex. Absolutely appalling company to deal with. Stay away.
