Excellent customer service
I had an issue with a vending machine at Barcelona Airport related to incorrect change. I contacted Arbitrade to report the problem. They replied immediately and, just a couple of days later, refunded the missing amount without any hassle. Very efficient, professional and customer-focused service. Problems can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Highly recommended.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM ARBITRADE MACHINES
I am furious with Arbitrade and their vending fridge (machine no. 2009415) at Hotel Exe Barcelona Gate. I was charged €19 just to open the fridge, which clearly said “take the items you’d like” with no prices on the shelves — it looked like a single flat fee. Then I was horrified to find I’d been billed €47.95 for a few basic items. When I complained, Arbitrade didn’t take a shred of responsibility. Instead, they blamed me, claiming the prices were “clearly displayed” in QR codes and slideshows — as if any normal customer would spend time decoding hidden information on a hotel vending machine. This is misleading, unfair, and feels like a tourist scam, and they show zero accountability. Avoid Arbitrade machines at all costs — they cheat and manipulate customers, and you will almost certainly be ripped off.

Vending machine that took my money and gave me nothing but quick refund
I recently used one of Arbitrage machines at the Barcelona airport to buy two bottles of water on discount but the machine took my payment and did not deliver anything. I sent a complain note on the website and they did refund me in less than 24 hours.
