Already charged and cannot use service
Charging so higher but no support at all. the bot says "We'll be back online in 2 hours. You'll get replies here" been work but no replies. i am already charged and cannot use service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Only rating 1 because i cant rate 0. i am not a complete newbie, i have used higgsfield for over a year but liked the look of the workflows. i signed up for the package with 8000 credits. i wanted to test the output and asked it to give me a street interview style ad and i uploaded an audio clip as it said it would be able to clone and use the uploaded voice in the video! what it delivered was 39 seconds of unusable content, no consistency, characters positioning, background and random clothing/accessories changing. i re-prompted to try and make corrections like remove the headphones you decided to put in clip 4 etc but it didnt make much difference and i still can't use the generation. the thing that has astounded me is the cost for this!! almost 50% of my MONTHLY credits!! Meaning i'm paying £100 per month for 2 videos!! This is super frustrating as the ad makes the tool look phenomenal but it's just not! i'll allow for some 'user error' because i'm new to this particular tool but I'm not accepting the full blame for the level of output as I get better results on other platforms. Really disappointing, don't waste your money!!

My Arcads subscription renewed for €100 without me intending to continue it. I contacted their support through the chat and requested a refund, clearly explaining that I had not used any of the 8,000 credits from the renewed subscription. Despite this, the refund has still not been processed, and I have not received proper support or a clear update. Their own refund policy states that the most recent charge can be refunded when no credits have been used, so this should have been straightforward. Very disappointing customer service. I will update this review if Arcads processes the refund and resolves the issue.

Charged A$187 after cancelling — four emails, 23 days, zero response
I signed up to Arcads on 24 June 2026 on the Starter plan (8,000 credits) to have a look, charged A$130.90 with a first-month discount. Billing appears on the card as "Freshr SAS", not Arcads which should also be a warning sign. On 24 July I was auto-renewed and charged A$187.00 (invoice IWHM8IDG-0002, receipt 2518-3296). I had already cancelled — Arcads' own system emailed me a cancellation confirmation on 24 July. Not a single credit from that billing period was used. I chatted with its AI on it's site and it gave me the email addresses to do a support request. I emailed (aern't allowed to show email) on 25 July asking them to close the account and refund the charge. No reply. I chased on 1 August, to both (aern't allowed to show email) and (aern't allowed to show email) (emails supplied by their AI chatbot. No reply. I chased again on 8 August and 13 August. No reply. It is now 17 August. Four emails over 23 days and Arcads has not responded once — not an acknowledgement, not an auto-reply, nothing. What they have managed to send in that same window is a steady stream of marketing emails: new AI models, new plugins, limited-time unlimited-generation offers. So the outbound machine works fine. It's only inbound support that doesn't exist. If a company can bill you instantly, confirm your cancellation instantly, and market to you three times a week, but cannot answer a refund request in over three weeks, that tells you everything about where their priorities sit. I have the Stripe invoices and the full email thread if Arcads would like to dispute any of this. Avoid unless you're comfortable with a subscription you may not be able to get out of cleanly. Let's also look at the quality which can be described as poor which is why we never wanted to continue with the subscription after the paid trial. Its also expensive for the rubbish videos it makes. Best to avoid thios company as the quality of the product is poor, the support does not exist and its expensive!
