Arkadin.com: DON'T. no response, no service, even early cancellation while committing to pay impossible
Arkadin was contracted for telephone numbers and communication for our multinational consultancy company. Multiple service calls and emails and tickets remained unanswered for months. Now, we manage 2 global Covid vaccin development programs and must add numbers quickly. Still no response. Early cancellation while offering to pay in full till end of contract also still not confirmed after 2 weeks of email correspondence with "service" desk. Arkadin is unable to offer contract extension and unable to allow transfer to other provider even when offering payment in full.

When I started, it was 10 cents a minute, no minimums or other charges. I make a 60 minute conference call and get billed $90.00. I was told they had a $49 minimum and some $28 in taxes! I never got their email. Terrible service. RIp-off!!

Poor service and unethical practices
Poor service and unethical practices We had a one year subscription for Arkadin conference services. After numerous problems, including dialin numbers changing unexpectedly, dropped calls etc, we terminated the contract for poor service. Arkadin showed no interest in understanding or correcting the service problems. They instead put a great deal of energy into billing us for another year of service and attempting to strongarm us into paying for it. While this is clearly improper and a breach of contract, we don't think it is worth suing them. But if you sign on with Arkadin be prepared for poor service, unethical invoicing and payment collection practices.

Horrible company.
Horrible company. We used them to implement a UC solution. When things went sideways they just stuck to the letter of the service order and pushed a solution that we tested and proved to have problems. They strong arm you on the legal terms rather than trying to find a solution that is mutually beneficial. They force solutions on you that do not work. Once they have your signature on the contract, expect the service levels to drop off a cliff. There are far better companies out there, do not use these guys.
