The customer service is total bullshit
The customer service is total bullshit, the sizing runs super small, and they take 40% off the purchase price for a restocking fee. If you opt to exchange and the new suits you order don’t fit, your screwed because they only let you exchange one time?? It’s actually a really scammy business. No customer service number, impossible to reach via email

Distasteful customer service
The quality is great however be sure to read their return policy before making any purchases. Im guessing this company makes a large percentage of their profits off of people assuming their return policy would match the standard return policies. I have never come across a company that takes any portion of the sale as a fee to return. Their second, and only other, option is store credit. You additionally will have to pay for your own return labels. I also emailed their customer service to ask for an exception to be made due to my lack of self education of the company. They responded and said they would not do that.

Misleading Returns & Limited Stock
I rarely shop for bikinis online but decided to place an order based on the advertised flexibility of the returns. I ordered a bikini set that didn't fit (I got a large but it was so tiny) and opted for store credit over a refund, expecting to simply choose another style. After multiple attempts to repurchase, both selections were out of stock and customer service said they cannot provide any indication of restock dates. After trying to choose something for the third time, I realised the extent of the stock limitations across the range - which effectively made the credit unusable. When I asked to convert the credit to a refund (a choice I was initially offered), I was told this isn't possible. I ended up just picking from the the limited options available not because I liked the set but to simply avoid wasting the money. Reading other reviews here after the fact, this seems to be a recurring pattern. More transparency in the returns lodgement would go a long way as given the full information noone in their right mind would opt for the credit. Won't be shopping here again.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I purchased one set on a sand color and when it arrived the shade was way different from the pictures. I touched one piece and decides to return it. They deducted 58 dólares from the refund just as a fee from returning the itens. That’s absolutely surreal, especially since the customer is also responsible for the cost of the returning shipping fees…. Never seen anything like that

Awful refund policy and customer service.
I ordered a bikini from them. I must say their website layout is lovely and is helpful. However, they falsely advertise shipping times (within 3 days with express shipping), but my parcel did not come within this timeframe. I let it wait for a few days and still did not come. I no longer needed it and emailed requesting less refund fee since the parcel was unopened and did not come when promised. I was ignored. Their refund policy is ridiculous and seemingly just there to milk customers of their money. Clearly I am not the only one who agrees seeing their other reviews.
