J'ai acheté 3 fards à paupières…
J'ai acheté 3 fards à paupières liquide, l'application était catastrophique car la matière fait des paquets. J'ai donc écrit au service client qui m'a demandé d'envoyer les fards, ils ont été reçus le 27 avril, malgré plusieurs relances par mail je n'ai pas de nouvelles! Le 22 juin j'appelle, on me dit que les produits ont passés des tests et qu'ils sont OK et qu'ils me seront renvoyés et que l'on va me tenir au courant. N'ayant pas eu de nouvelles, ni le retour des produits, le 30 juin j'appelle le service client mais personne ne répond. Je ne recommande pas, le service client est catastrophique! Référence: 12285578

bonjour je pense que vous ez eu de la chance car moi pour une premiere commande je suis tres decu jai commander le 17 juin 2026 pour un cadeau a mon epouse j ettend toujour j ai appellé preque tout les jour et on me dit qu il faut attendre il ne faut pas exageré car ils ont bien prelevé l argent et maintenant on vous dit je pe rien faire faut attendre 10 avant que je me fasse remboursé si jai pas recu je recommande pas du tout

Poor customer service
Expensive products, nice packaging, average postage time Incentives to spend more included choosing samples but none included, advertised a further 3 samples with every order but also not included, advertised £10 off first online irder and also not honoured. So i contacted...its only fair, their answe was if I spend even more they would gove a 10% discount. No thanks I wont be spending any more. V poor customer service

Bad experience
I love Armani, but now I’m very disappointed I not receive all I want, my order was for 2.5 ml and I receive 1.4 ml also I not receive the samples they promised.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience ordering from Armani Beauty. It has now been 14 days and my order was never delivered. The tracking never showed a successful delivery, and the package simply never arrived. I reached out multiple times via email to their customer service and received no response at all. On top of that, I have still not been refunded for the full amount of my purchase. This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand of this reputation. I would strongly advise others not to order from Armani Beauty online. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.
