They leak everywhere! And they scrub any mention of their faulty machines and make up fake accounts to comment on Reddit.

I recently purchased the professional machine and so far everything is good. I want to comment about their support. When I first setup the machine I skipped a step by mistake and had trouble saving the schedule in the app. I called for support. This is the only company that I have ever called and had a human answer the call in two rings. Not only did a human answer the phone but they were able to resolve my issue without transferring my call or putting me on hold. That experience right there has made me a customer for life!!!

My experience did not match what was presented. During the initial sales call, the rep was very fast-paced, spoke over me, and kept me on the phone longer than expected. I needed to get back to work, and he repeatedly reassured me this was a “no hassle 30-day trial.” Based on that, I agreed to proceed. I requested a return the same day the product was delivered. Over the next two weeks, I followed up multiple times across email, phone, and chat and received no response. To resolve it, I had to file a BBB complaint, send a formal dispute, and spend 40+ minutes on the phone being transferred between agents and a manager before a return label and cancellation were finally issued. During that call, the focus was often on retention offers and explaining the product, rather than simply processing the return I had already requested. The issue was ultimately resolved, but the process was far more time-consuming and complicated than a “no hassle” trial would suggest. At this point, I would not recommend this company.

Terrible Machines, nice scents
The scents are nice, the machine is pretty terrible and so very expensive for the quality. I can’t get mine to work on any set schedule and it just runs continuously. The app doesn’t work well either. I trashed it and bought a diffuser for thirty dollars that works much so much better. I do still use the oils I purchased.

The original machine worked great
The original machine worked great, so I was excited to upgrade to the newer machine with the app technology. I gave away my original machine only to find that the newer machines are CRAP. After they sent me 2 replacements, which also failed to work properly, they tried to blame it on my wifi. The problem was clearly with the machine. It wouldn't keep time or dispense the proper amount of scent; a complete waste of money.
