What an amazing company
What an amazing company. I worked with Keith and he went above and beyond to bring this project home. The quality of the panels are excellent and the hanging hardware is designed to make installation easy and get almost invisible seams. I highly recommend these wall panels to add a designer look to any space.

I ordered flatware
I ordered flatware, the Barcelona salad forks, Paris Spoons, London Forks, Istanbul teaspoons and the Kong Hong serving set. They are so pretty and the colors are beautiful. Absolutely love them. I had to return the salad forks because they were a bit to small, I called up and talked to Keith who was a pleasure to deal with, took care of me and return the salad forks for the price that I paid for and gave me a gift too. Thank you for a great experience and I will be a repeat customer. Thank you Vicky

Very disappointed…
I have never been more disappointed with an organization. Their beautiful website had me expecting so much more. I have received responses in a reasonable time when I first reach out, but it takes multiple follow up emails or calls to actually get an answer. I ordered three of their Modern Outdoor Floor Lamps that were delivered much later than promised. Not one of them worked as advertised. They requested I send a video to demonstrate my experience. They didn't respond. Eventually they offered to send three replacements. I was fed up agreed to ship the lamps back for a partial refund three weeks ago, costing me $230. UPS confirms they were delivered over two weeks ago. Articture promised an update from their warehouse last week. When I reached out for an update a few days later I was told they were on top of it. I paid to return defective products and they can't get confirmation from their own warehouse that they arrived. I replaced the Articture lamps with different lamps from Amazon for 75% less. Ironically, they have the exact same remote control but it actually works just as advertised. Expensive lesson...

Quality, quality, quality
The quality of the wall panels is first rate!!!! We ordered samples from three different companies and none came even close to the quality of Articture’s wood panels…seriously not even close! They will transform your room and pictures just don’t do it justice! Costumer service is also top notch all the way!!! This company knows what they are doing!!!!

Took ages to fulfill a two lamp order
Took ages to fulfill a two lamp order. The product does not look like what was posted on website. Terrible product material seems like a temu item. Stay away from their products.
