I want to make an official complaint.
I want to make an official complaint. I have been emailing you for nearly a week to return our order. All i am getting is an automated reply with no help or information whatsoever to help me return the order back to you. The clothes are not of a good quality and the sizes are all wrong nothing like on your website. I must have emailed you around 10 times to arrange a return but get automated responses every time. Please could you put this complaint through so I can get some results.

Clothing was less than decent quality.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I won't be ordering from any place i can't see touch and try on clothes.

Item #SHS00071255 not delivered!
I ordered item #SHS00071255 on August 11th. By August 26th I decided to look up the original email to check on status as I never received an updated email saying the item was about to be delivered. Then discovered the item was delivered on August 23rd. No email about that either. I never received the item. I tried to email twice asking for my item to be sent again. I received the same canned response twice which was basically saying the item was delivered, which it wasn’t. I could find no phone number or chat feature on the their site. I ask now to either send me my item or refund my money. Please take care of your customers.

Collar actually keeps its shape
Already wore it out for an afternoon, and the thing I kept noticing was the collar. It doesn’t curl up after sitting in the car, and the tipped edge lies flat instead of going wavy. Fabric is lighter than I expected, so it feels a bit less substantial in hand, but the drape is clean and the pinstripes stay straight enough to look neat.
