Got selected but can’t access feather!
I spent so much time preparing to get selected for a campaign. I got the emails “you’ve been selected now hurry up and do the screener” and I can’t login to the feather platform. I’ve missed 2 opportunities now that I was supposedly selected for and have been escalating the issue for three weeks with no resolution. It’s been beyond frustrating. Support ghosts you and there is no way to get in contact with an actual human who could likely solve the provisioning issue in 2 minutes or less.

do not give them your data they are just a fake company any of the real jobs are only created to sell a further elusion of you obtaining work you will never receive any and you will be used to train an ai system which will eventually be sold to other firms to do better interviews. They are also using some very invasive methods. Do not trust do not use they actively try and delete the real reviews here just take a second to go read the ones which are clearly ai written. save your time this place is a lie

I worked with Ethos on a Senior Financial Analyst project and, overall, my experience was positive. The work itself was interesting and intellectually demanding, and I appreciated having the opportunity to contribute my finance experience to real evaluation tasks. One thing I particularly valued was the responsiveness of the support team. I had a few issues during the engagement, including task-access problems on the Feather platform and questions around work-log sign-off and payment. When I contacted support, they took the time to explain what was happening and confirmed that my recorded work would be accounted for. There is still room for improvement, especially around visibility of the review and sign-off process. It would be helpful for contributors to be able to see more clearly when work is under review, when it has been approved, and when payment will follow. This would reduce uncertainty, particularly where several completed tasks are awaiting sign-off. My payment was ultimately processed, and I appreciated the communication from the team in resolving my questions. I would be open to working with Ethos again, including on future finance, review, or quality-assurance opportunities where my experience is relevant.

a complete WASTE of TIME
Horrible .. horrible .. horrible ... where do i start? they announce that you are a match for an expert opportunity in 24 hrs ... and in that 24 hrs, you have to pass a "screener" ... with a score of 80% ... and you are given an hour to pass!!!! they treat you like kids in school ... "go pass the screener" ... "first 5000 people will be accepted" ... "you have a deadline of UTC xyz" .... no explanations, no clear directions ... you are on your own .... and the onboarding webinar? are you kidding me??!!! ... the guy has a Scottish/Irish/British accent (cant tell which one) ... can not understand what he is saying ... and he is jumping into things without giving any background .... i regret wasting few days on this stupid platform .... ADVISE - do not waste your time on this unless you absolutely have nothing else to do!!!!
