RUDE RUDE RUDE
I'm leaving a 1 star review from a conversation with the sales team who was rude and called me cheap. I do not have an abundance of money because I live in the UK. and the 3 people they have reviewed all giving the 5 stars should make you think a company like this only having 3 reviews for the time online is very questionable. I would say avoid using this company as they are FAR to pushy and the manor of their language with myself was RUDE.. being the exchange rate sway to the UK, they are asking for a high net cost for the results that are questionable. What we don't want for a sales team is the sales being aggressive and rude.. you don't know my personal situation, you don't know what responsibilities I have. There is no need to be rude or send comments when you don't know anything about any ones situation. You are just out to rob people with a poor service and your results are pretty poor.. Fact!

I got my hair transplant nearly 5 months ago and am very happy with the results so far. I was very anxious going into the experience, but once I met with my consultant, Recep, all that went away. I did my research beforehand and knew what I wanted out of my procedure—Recep provided valuable insight and he had the very best people oversee my operation so we could achieve my goals . I speak highly of my experience and encourage others to take the leap, too.

My son has been scammed financially and…
My son has been scammed financially and also now he has a permanent damage on his donor area . He had been told he is going to GET DHI hair transplantation. And they did FUE TECHNIQUE. It is a very bid disaster. His donor area has lost more than 90 percent of his hair . Now he is bald at the both sides I have contacted some people with the same problem and I am going to take them to the court . He was suppose to pay 3500 usd for full treatment. He paid more than 6k because he had been scared from Ruzim side that if he didn't take some extra treatments the result will not be guaranteed It was my fault that I did not stop him from going to that scammers

Asli Tarcan, The Best Choice
I can honestly say that this was a first class experience. From the Owner down to each and every member of the staff I always felt that I was in good caring hands. Everyone was so attentive as well as genuine in their care. Bed side manner was excellent. The actual transplant was one of the best decisions I made in my life. Treatment was seamless as I was guided every step of the way through Ramiz, my assigned agent who performed an excellent job from getting me picked up from the airport to booking my hotel and consulting every single part of the treatment. Overall a truly wonderful experience given the many variables associated with this type of surgery. If I could do it a million times over I would select Asli Tarcan each time over. I want to give a big thank you for all the staff over at this amazing clinic, I am forever in gratitude. -Please ask for Ramiz or Numan.
